All dishes were of the highest quality. It was fairly expensive but worth it. The amuse bouche was delicious: vegetables with goat cheese mousse and wasabi foam and seaweed crisps. The fish courses were perfection. Most interesting was the golden pearl which was like a pre-dessert. Warm chocolate sauce was poured over a chocolate "pearl" which wasa bit larger than a golf ball. The sauce melted the pearl and exposed the fruit and wafer inside. Incredible - I have never taken a video of food until this dish! As good a meal as I have ever eaten anywhere.
