Ate here and enjoyed the veggie entree, the mahi was not quite as fresh as it could have been but food presentation and view were killer! The Creme Brûlée was great and glass of red was excellent. Had an equally great meal for far less dollars at the bar restaurant the night before but not quite as good a view. At Le Carre you are up close and personal to the ocean and that my friends is where the big bucks come in - you are renting space for the view... Well worth it!

The food here is of good quality and well prepared. The price was not cheap, but then nice thing cost money.

What a good restaurant. We enjoy our 4 hours evening in the restaurant to celebrate the end of 2012 and the beginning of 2013. The Sommelier is very knowledge able and willing to spend itme to make you discover the well done wine list they have. The Maitre d'hotel, handle very well the service. In another word, this is a place we had very good time and relaxing experience. Well done everybody and Chapeau Bas.

We ate there twice and always enjoyed the food. Wine list is very french based though. they manage to twist french food with some polynesian spices, delicious. they got one very funny waiter as well. not cheap though, but worth the money

The rooms were nice but the staff and restaurant were very poorly run. Before we could order dinner (8pm) they said they were out of the four main things on the menu. The breakfast was good except they didn't ever open the omelet bar. This hotel needs paint and it was a three star- at best.
