Nice hotel. Warm swimming pool (it is heated). Kids did like water slides. Food is tasty and you have plenty of choices. Personnel are friendly and always. willing to help. I will come back again to have a nice and relaxing family vacation

I spent wonderful week with my wife at El Wekala Resort Aqua Park in February 2020.
Rooms are clean and service is very helpful and professional. I was in several places in other countries, but first time in Egypt, and was surprised how fantastic staff works in this hotel. Especially guys in dining room: Wael Pelal, Mohamed Samih, Ahmed Safwd, Mahmoud Ezat. They are not only very good at their job, but after only one week they have become our friends! They remember names of almost all guests and what you like and what don't. Though their overseer Abd Elftach is very severe for guys, he cares of business of the owner excellent. Despite of this stressing hurry, guys are always in good mood, very positive! I hope to see them again in future. I recommend this place with pleasure. Robert Smoliński.

Very good, i like steps near pool. In mountains show wonderful and salt room with Arm. Mustafa, Josef, Romeo good dancing and friendly boys. Rooms beutiful and cleaner. Kitchen good and tasty. Thank you!! :)))))
