“Last minute holiday”

A 3 star hotel with a 5 star heart. We booked this holiday the week before we left, the hotel is kept spotlessly clean from the pool, to the public areas and the bedrooms. It's a hotel that caters for all ages and the staff go above and beyond to make sure that everybody is accommodated for, all of them were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The food is average for 3 star but Osama was outstanding in his helpfulness, especially towards my daughter who is coeliac and went out of his way to make sure that at every meal she had gluten free alternatives. (Osama should be promoted!). Great fun with the animation team during the day as well as offering nights outs to any clubs where they accompany you, well done Liam and Omar! Lots of day trips available in Sharm with something for everyone, the hotel beach is good as a change from the pool, and only a short bus journey away. Most of the guests we met were revisiting the hotel due to the high standard. Hopefully we shall be returning.

Room Tip: Depends what you are looking for, the rooms around the small pool offer a quieter environment, whils...

Me and my boyfriend came here last May for a week. The animation team were great however the other staff no so nice. Avoid the hotel shop as they will rip you off!. The room was clean however the double room was actually two singles pushed together. The food was ok not much choice. The pool was clean and pleasant. The beach was a 10 minute walk but you had to pay to enter however there were other beaches that were free however you had to get a shuttle bus. We found ourselves bored most days as there is not much to do unless you book trips when your there such as quad biking that all need a shuttle bus. The entertainment was limited so found ourselves going to bed by 9pm. We couldn't find any bars or anywhere to eat out and shops were limited. Maybe a good holiday for an older couple but being a young couple there is not much to do for young people or children. The last 2 days of our holiday we couldn't leave our room because we had terrible sickness and diarrhea which we had to travel with. Also the locals pester a lot so its hard to enjoy a walk at least 10 people will try make you buy something from just walking around 100 meters.

Our holiday to the Falcon Hills Hotel was fantastic. The hotel was clean, friendly and efficient. The staff were all really friendly. The highlight of our holiday was the fantastic entertainment team that provided us with a variety of activities and trips out. Their positive attitude and motivation provided guests with laughter and many memories. We have experienced activities we would not normally do such as ‘Egyptian Bingo’ and Aqua Fit on land! Omar and Liam are a dream team! Thank you for a great holiday!

My husband and I have just come back from a week there for our honeymoon. The rooms and all of the hotel facilities were clean. I didn't have to contend with any huge bugs at any time. The food was much better than anticipated and one night Osama the restaurant manager and my husband conspired together and did us a romantic meal for two by the small pool. It was absolutely beautiful! A table for 2 surrounded by egyptian lanterns and drapes of blue satin :) Osama and his team of waiters were pleasant and accommodating at all times. They have a great bedouin tent on the rooftop of the hotel and Rafeek the guy that runs it is a great host. We didn't really get into the evening entertainment but for those that would enjoy it there were fire shows, karaoke, 'miss hotel' competitions and i believe there was a belly dancer one night. It's not too central but if you speak to reception they'll call Ibrahim and him and his brother give much better prices than the normal blue and white cabs. I would definitely recommend Falcon Hills.

The hotel was excellent value for money... first time we went all inclusive. The food was very edible...The hotel is small enough for quiet times when you wanted and the pools are gorgeous and uncrowded. Staff work really hard and aim to please.. well done guys.

Entertainment team worked hard at engaging families and listened to feedback... changing schedules to meet requests . Thanks to Omar, Liam and Brasili.

This was our first time in Egypt, booked as a last minute holiday with no expectations what so ever. We cant wait to go back!!!

Falcon Hills is a lovely hotel, kept exceptionally clean, ran by the super star Osama. All the staff are brilliant, including the outside Chef (I never got his name) and Rafique who runs the chill out tent. We were in room 604 based at the quiet end of the hotel. Our balcony opened to a lovely, clean and quite pool area which we spent most of our time. The food isn’t brilliant, I ran out of things to eat after two days and spent most of the time eating chips and bread!! but to be honest we couldn’t complain for the price we paid. Afternoon waffles, pancakes and ice cream is great.

Osama couldn’t do enough for us. He organised a romantic meal for me & my Husband and set up a private table in the smaller pool area with candles, etc. He also filled out fridge up with beer and water for the week. Every morning & night he organised a table for us, and brought our drinks from the bar! He couldn’t do enough for you! THANKS OSAMA.

The hotel is a little secluded with no bars or restaurants in walking distance. We went in to Naama Bay and Soho Square for drinks / dinner a few nights. Soho Square is very expensive and quite portentous, but we liked it. Naama Bay is great, very lively with loads of bars. You must try food & drinks at the Camel Bar. You can get the free shuttle bus to Naama Bay every night, and Soho Square once a week, but to be honest we used the hotels taxi service (Ebrahim) which was very cheap, and when you are ready to come home you just drop him a text and he will be with you within 10 / 15 minutes, super!!

Sharks Bay Beach is an absolute must. We went early one morning and had a full day at the beach which is amazing. The snorkelling is out of this world. Its like swimming in a fish tank, the water is super clean and the fish are incredible. We also went quad biking, which we really enjoyed. We tried the star gazing, which again we liked, but not really for us as we found it a bit boring after a while.

We cant wait to go back to Egypt, but next time we will try a larger hotel closer to either Sharks Bay or Naama Bay that offers more for the kids. Overall, if you are looking for a peaceful holiday in a warm climate and a clean hotel with friendly staff, you cant go wrong at Falcon Hills.
