“Friendly and excellent hotel”
Reviewed April 3, 2013

My friend and I stayed here from 21 - 28 March. We had a lovely room with plenty of space, overlooking the smaller swimming pool. The hotel was clean, the care by the staff was exemplary
and I would agree with all of the other positive reviews on here. The food wasn't fabulous but there was always something nice to eat. The waffles and ice cream every afternoon were very popular. Unlike some other all-inclusive hotels I've stayed at, the soft drinks were popular brands and the alcoholic drinks were plentiful. I'd definitely recommend this relatively small, friendly hotel.

On arrival to our hotel, the staff had received our request for 2 rooms, and the area within the hotel where we wanted to be. Overall the holiday was great, the staff were friendly and accommodating at all times, and went out of their way if we requested anything. We met some fabulous people from Europe!! We also met some solo travellers, whom we became attached to. The only thing that has slipped is the food, for some reason it doesn't have much taste and it would be great if they could change the menu, for something new.
All in all this hotel is a firm favourite, but we may look to stay elsewhere, and see what other hotels may offer.

Room Tip: Rooms away from the noise of the Animation team, the constant music being played from 10, especially...

We returned home 21/03/13 from the Falcon Hills and all I had read abot this great little hotel was true we had a fantastic time you can join in if you want to or you can just kick back around the quiet pool and have a few drinks, we made freinds with a lot of people including the animation team.
We pre ordered flowers and wine for our room well what a supprise we got champagne and a huge display of fantastic flowers bird of paradise and asortment of others a fruit bowl and 30 bottles of water what a display and this was just the start of our hoilday.
So it is clean freindly good food great pools fantastic gardens and staff to match as they say it is not five star but to us it had things you do not get in five star like all the above for a fraction of the cost we never go back to places we have visited in the past but this has got us thinking mmmm

I have returned to this hotel after a 2 year gap, As arrived we were greeted like family and were remembered by the staff,It was like coming home, there have been some changes which have improved the service to this small friendly hotel, The animation team work hard to make the guest have fun, some staff have left but the new are now firm friends, the food has seen some changes for the better, weekly oriental show could be improved or change as its the same thing each time, Osama the team leader made our stay very good, as all the staff did,

Room Tip: for the livelier live stay nearest the front pool

We have stayed at Falcon Hills three times now, and each time was fantastic. The food was nice – if not amazing – but still rather enjoyable. The rooms were ever so clean and spotless. The staff were exceptional and made our stay at this hotel even better, we have genuinely made some life-long friends. We have nothing but nice things to say about this place and we as a family of four (myself, my husband and two kids) have noticed a significant improvement during each stay. We would highly recommend staying here if you are after a good value holiday within a lovely setting with good food, clean rooms and brilliant staff. We would also like to single out several people such as our good friend Adriano (the former Animation guy) who was such a fun and loving guy, and the guy at reception who loved to tell us about Reef Beach (a running joke) as he was a very nice man. Atia (apologies for any misspellings) was another lovely bloke who made us feel very welcome, and especially Foaud, who is quite simply the nicest man in Egypt. We have stayed in contact with Foaud and even met up with him on several occasions and he didn’t have any other agenda than enjoying our company. The feeling was mutual. We really cannot emphasise just how genuine this man is. He still works there at the reception and he is brilliant at his job. A dear friend. We will certainly be back soon!

A very welcoming hotel. A good variety of food options available. Something for everyone and plenty of it. They replaced food which had run out very quickly so no-one missed out. The staff were always cleaning the pool areas and the room cleaners were fantastic, and a big thank you to Ahmed who was so helpful and polite. The hotel has a very laid back feel about it. The hotel
taxi guys are very good again nothing was a problem. I would return to this hotel if I was ever to return again to Sharm el Sheik.

Room Tip: Rooms at the rear of the complex at the second pool are much quieter and more relaxed.

HI, we just stayed the last week at the Falcon Hills hotel. It was a cheap package online buy that was a stroke of luck and the best part of the holiday. The hotel is small by Sharm standards, excellent food with a remarkably good variety for all inclusive. It has been around a while so the landscapeing is more mature and is kept to immaculate standards.
The rooms were typical but roomy. The beds are hard but I love them that way.
Both pools are very nice but the inner pool ( and rooms) are much quieter and peaceful.
There is an excellent reef beach less than 10 minutes walk with free bus shuttle twice daily if you choose not to walk.
Everyting is crisp and clean, great service, fresh omlettes and pancakes to order for breakfast every day and waffles and icecream for 5sives each afternoon.
The red wine is undrinkable but the white goes down ok. There are free shuttles every night to NAMA bay but once is more than enough.
It was relaxing, peaceful and the best all inclusive trip I have taken. If one must go to Sharm el Sheik then stay here. We met lots of repeat visitors and I can see why. If we go back we are booking in here again.

Room Tip: ask for a room in the inner courtyard and pool away from the resturant and nightly "entertainm...
