let's be fair, you're only looking at this hotel because its cheap like a scouse girl, and for the money it's spot on. It's not the biggest hotel but it's spotless and the staff are super friendly, Ali behind the bar is a service machine, slip him a couple of quid and he will make sure your drunk self is never without a drink, plus the cleaners make these funky animals out of your towels, nice touch if you ask me.
The food was ok, nothing special but a good choice, and I didn't get the green apple splatters which is always a good thing.
The animation team were up against it when we were there, the hotel wasn't full and people were not really up for a laugh, but they go out of their way to try and make sure you have fun.
A couple of little pointers though, if you venture to the shop just next to the hotel, don't go into the perfume shop, the guy is mega creepy and locked the door behind us, I thought I was going to have to go all Jackie Chan on his face. Also take some industrial strength mossie spray, they are like mini flying Chuck Norris's, and they will mess you up.

This hotel complex is small but very relaxing. Went with a friend in October 2012 and as two females felt very comfortable both in the hotel and surrounding area. Rooms overlook the pools and when air con packed up was moved immediately even though it was one in the morning!! Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Pools spotless and never had a problem getting a sunbed. Only complaint, not hotel's fault, the sun went down behind complex buildings at 4pm so pool area completely shaded after that although sun was out from about 6am in the morning if you wanted to get up and make the most of it ! Food good for AI and never had a problem finding something different. Hotel party night was held around the larger pool with preparations being made from the afternoon. Attention to detail making the table covers and the food displayed on the night was quite stunning. Although all tables around the pool were taken when we arrived another table in a prime position to watch the entertainment was immediately found for us and the evening was brilliant. All areas were lovely and quiet. We used all the hotel's curtesy bus trips to 3 different beaches, and went into Soho Square twice. Other shopping centres are close by and made for a nice evening stroll when it was a bit cooler. Overall excellent hotel and would recommend to anyone.

Room Tip: Any room in any area is good. They all seem to overlook the pools and no where is far to walk as th...

We had a week here all inclusive prior to a cruise, quick check in and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and although it was quite cold the 1st week in Jan the heating in the room at night was good enough. The food was good apart from the breakfast which would have benefitted from some fresh fruit and yogurts, the pastries and bread though were excellent. We always found something we liked at lunch and dinner and the desserts made in the hotel were terrific especially the chocolate cake. Drinks included locally made spirits and staff were extremely generous in pouring them, the red and white wine was quite drinkable and service at the bar was very quick. The only real disadvantage was that there really was n't anywhere to go in the evenings apart from a couple of local bars, there is a free shuttle bus at 9pm to Naama bar but it returned at midnight so you had to get a taxi home if you didn't want to stay that late. The hotel operated shuttles to local beaches but you, then had to wait for it to bring you back. The lobby /bar area is quite small only seating about 30 people which would be fine in hot weather but as it was too cold to sit outside most evenings there w a shortage of places to sit inside. There were several different nationalities in the hotel but not overrun by Russians, there was one large party of very noisy Italians but thankfully they left on the 2nd day of our stay so everyone got on well. The only reason we would think about trying the sister hotel in Naama bay is because it is nearer to things to do in the evening but for value for money it is hard to beat this hotel

Room Tip: Ask for one by the 2nd pool area and on the 1st floor

We arrived 19th Dec 2012 for 2 weeks, it was our first time to Egypt and after reading reviews on tripadvisor, we were apprehensive, but after arriving at Falcon Hills we had no worries at all. Check-in was very quick with welcoming staff who are very friendly. Our room was big and clean for the 3 of us with comfortable beds and a huge shower with plenty of hot water, the room was in the middle of both pools, a bit noisy at night with the music!! and not good when they check in NOISY IGNORANT ITALIANS next door, but after a few words at reception, this was sorted out. Aymen the pool man is amazing and will do anythig to help you with sunbeds whenever you want one..thank you xx Christmas Eve was great, a little cold but the staff did very well, New Years Eve was absolutely amazing and its the best party i have ever been to, you all deserve big thanks for all the hard work you put into organising. There is a good choice of food and I always found something to eat, and i am very picky!! Always use the hotels taxi driver Kamal, he will take you anywere you want to go for a good price. Palma beach and Reef Beach are close by or you can use the free hotel shuttle bus, great for snorkelling. All the staff do a tremendous job at this hotel and work extremely hard, thanks to Osama, Tamar, Karim, Zak and all the others...xx We will definately go back and look forward to seeing you all again..xx

Room Tip: If you want a quiet nights sleep, then ask for a room by the smaller pool, as it gets very noisy on...
