This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel. Don't expect to pay 3 star prices and get a 5 star hotel. But adding to that you get far more than you pay for though. I have no complaints about this hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. If you find something wrong with the room or have a compliant speak to the staff and they will sort it out for you straight away.
So what do you get at this hotel? Nice spacious room, 2 swimming pools with plenty of Sun Loungers, Clean Beach/Pool Towels each day (or as often as you want to change them), FREE minibus to and from the beaches twice a day, FREE minibus to and from Naama bay every day. 2 Bars, Pool Bar and Phoenix bar where you can sit inside the air conditioned room or go out onto the roof top terrace. The public areas and the rooms are very clean, the staff work very hard to keep it that way.
I have booked to go back in March. as I always have such a wonderful time here. And most importantly every day you have SUN!!!!!!!!!!!

Room Tip: If you are not happy with the position of your room for some reason, just tell reception and they wi...

I must admit I didn't know what to expect when I read about this hotel, there are certainly some mixed reviews! At the end of the day, I think this is a good enough hotel for a cheap all-inclusive deal - remember you aren't paying a fortune, and the menu isn't a la carte! The room was clean, housekeeping came around every day, the facilities in the room were adequate including a balcony and the fridge was cold :-) The food in the restaurant was perfectly adequate - fresh pancakes and omelettes, choice of cold foods and breads for breakfast, and while there wasn't a huge variety of choice for lunch and dinner the food was hot and varied enough. The pools looked more than clean enough to me, and the pool bar was nice. They should keep it open all night though, as it was certainly better than the dark and dreary bar upstairs - but if you don't like that you have the option of sitting outside in the comfortable seating there. They could do something about the mosquitos in there but forewarned is forearmed, next time I would take some anti histemine tablets and make sure I'm sprayed from head to foot. The staff there are generally good, and very helpful, and there is a nice atmosphere as it's a small hotel. Suggest some of the staff are a little over-friendly at times but all in all a good hotel and the dive centre there is excellent (this for me was primarily somewhere for me to stay whilst on a diving holiday but there is a nearby beach which is lovely and the snorkelling is excellent). There is a supermarket across the road, taxis are frequent and nothing is too far away. There is also a tour operator across the road arranging trips such including those to Cairo, up Mount Sinai and camel riding.

Room Tip: The downstairs rooms next to the pool looked good, as it's a little hotel you're unlikely to...

This is my second visit to Ocean Club .. The employees are very friendly, the rooms are clean and there is a microbus from the hotel that can take you to Sharm ElSheikh's beaches and back for free, also the open buffet is fine :)

This is my second time I've visited Ocean Club, and will be returning again.

The staff were very friendly, especially Ali in reception (the nicest guy in Egypt)

If your looking for a budget 3 star hotel, this is the place for you. If you expect anything more than a 3 star hotel, you will be very disappointed.

If your looking for a diving holiday, Eagle Divers which is based on site is a great dive center.

You're close by to all local attractions (Naama Bay & Old Market - are only a short taxi away, which you can negotiate for around £1 GBP).

The hotel also put on a shuttle bus to a really nice local beach (10 mins away).

Can recommend this to couples on a budget, and the solo traveller.

Room Tip: I got a room by the diving pool. Quiet at night, and great for a morning dip in the pool. They offer...

We booked this hotel as it was extremely cheap and we got what we paid for. Arrived and our transfer didn't so we had to get a taxi (the hotel did pay back the difference). Our room was initially a twin but they redid the bed once they realised we had pushed it together. The bathroom smelt really damp and was very very basic but the room was adequate...apart from a couple of friendly cockroaches!

The food was generally pretty poor particularly the breakfast - warm milk, terrible cereal, jam that was also used as mango chutney on the indian evening, lots of sweet breads, awful coffee and that was about it. Wifi had to be paid for. Due to the problems in Egypt at the moment, the hotel itself was empty, although there are really no problems in Sharm.

Room Tip: Just make sure you're not sandwiched between all the rooms with children like we were!
