First time in sharm. It was beautiful but super hot. We went into all the pools and slides and had a great time. Overall the trip was pricey but it's once in a life time. We love going on vacation but around the hotel not much was to be done. We didn't mind staying in the hotel because it wasn't boring but we wanted to go out and explore but even outside in naama bay there wasn't much to be done. I guess enjoy the hotel environment. We got all inclusive which was a piece of mind. The rooms wrre great and great view of the pool and resort itself. I would recommend snorkeling or the glass boat ride to see all the spectacular fish. We dove in because we got lucky and had the boat to ourselves. Enjoy.

This hotel is great for a package holiday in the sun. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. There are always plenty of sun loungers available. The food isn't amazing but I'm a fussy eater and the wide variety available meant there was always something even I could eat! Good snacks at the bar by the warm pool too.

What made the stay great was the animation team, Adriano the DJ and Kiril, Andrea, Vitaliy, Nadia and Diletta were all amazing. There was always something fun to do, Aqua Gym, darts, water volleyball etc. and in the evenings was entertainment, kids club dances and then the main show- different every night. Every evening the team offered trips out to different clubs, bars or parties for a good price including transport. However if you want to walk in Naama Bay it's only 20mins or so, cross the road and go through Sonesta Beach, when you get to the beach turn right and just keep going along the seafront past other hotels- you'll know when you get there!

However the entertainment team really were amazing and made the holiday. The restaurant staff were very efficient in clearing plates and getting drinks, as were the room cleaners who always made cool towel animals :)

this was my first stay at sonesta club and it was the best holiday i've ever had, i honestly couldn't have asked for a better week. all the staff are so so lovely (especially islam and ramy) and hard working, it really is impressive. the animation team who organise all the events and more were very friendly (especially kirill, adriano and rikki) they kept me entertained from watching the dancing in the evening, up until early hours of the morning where they would take a group of people to a different club/party each night. all of these lovely staff just made me feel like i was surrounded by friends and not workers (but don't get me wrong, they all worked very hard) i was particularly impressed by the cleaner (mahmood)s towel art left in our room, he made us an elephant, a swan and more out of the towels! one thing that i can fault though is me being a vegetarian, i got bored with the same vegetarian food (chips, salad, bread etc.) every day (but don't let it put you off, everything was still amazing) i hope to come again soon x

stayed in the hotel for two nights. the service is poor as in many places around Egypt especially for an Egyptian guest.

one of the pools is good and seems joyful for kids.
rooms need massive renovation starting from the twenty years old TV to the bathroom.
sleeping quality is good.

breakfast is poor in quality of items served although it offers many items.

upper floor rooms would have more privacy than ground rooms on the pool.

this is my second time staying at the Sonesta Club and it jut gets better each time. There's a great selection of food in the restaurant and the new snacks around the pool are really good! Everywhere you go there are always staff cleaning and the place is immaculate. The staff there are the friendliest people I have ever met especially Ramy and Mohammed at the tropical bar and Islam down at the dolphin bar! But the people that made my holiday the best I ever had are Adriano and Rikki from the animation team, who entertained and looked after us all for the whole holiday, the hotel would definitely not be the same without these two guys as they just make it complete. Adriano on both occasions that we have been to the Sonesta club has been amazing and an asset to the hotel, also a brilliant Dj! I will definitely be returning to this hotel again next year, I can't wait!

By far and away the best place we've stayed in in Sharm.

Everything about the place is class - fantastically friendly staff who really make you feel welcome right down to the quality and varied food served by genuinely friendly waiters.

We stayed in a chalet close to the pool - the place had character and a great balcony to sit and chill if it got too hot. Room service was superb - we loved the way the staff made aninals and shapes out of the towels and left them on the bed.

The grounds were immacutely maintained and the various pools were in easy reach of all amenities. The grounds were reguarly sprayed each evening in an attempt to rid the rooms of mosquitos - largely successful although mosquitos are always a threat in this part of the world.

Can't wait togo back next year.........!!

We have just returned from 11 nights at the Sonesta Club. Hotel and gardens immaculate, staff really friendly and helpful, they could not do enough to help with whatever problems we had. When our toilet was not working maintenance were there in 5 minutes with the correct part and all sorted within 15 minutes of us phoning reception. Food good and no tummy problems. the hotel is just a 20 minute walk into Naama Bay which is a really busy place especially in the evenings. We would definatley retun to this hotel. Word of caution do not go on the camels outside the hotel or try to take pictures because they will charge you.

Room Tip: Do not get a room by the ampitheatre but having said that it does go quiet by 11.30pm
