“Clare and Donna had a great holiday”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 30, 2014

Returned yesterday from a two week stay a Ghazala Gardens with a friend. The hotel, the rooms and pool areas are all kept spotlessly clean by a tireless army of staff. The pools are all great but the heated one by the swim up rooms was bliss! The food in the buffet was not to my taste, but the other restaurants were lovely with a good variety of food on the all inclusive menu. Maybe with such low occupancy because of the temporary German absence the restaurant food could 'move' to the buffet so people are not so spread out?

The staff did a great job under difficult circumstances and should be commended for their efforts when occupancy was so low, the animation team in particular were excellent and eternally happy in their efforts to get their guests to participate.

Would definitely return and I hope the rest of the season picks up for them.

Mosquitos were beggars so would strongly advise that everyone takes repellent and killer with them and uses it as soon as the sun goes down.

Thanks for making our holiday a very enjoyable one

Staff very helpful and friendly, unfortunately room very shoddy. Air conditioning did not work, bath drain blocked causing floor to flood. Safe not bolted down and bed linen very poor and discoloured. Wardrobe doors also fell off in both rooms. Jane the rep got us moved to a slightly less shoddy room but it was still definitely no more than a 3 star. Food disappointing and flies everywhere including in the food. Experienced 2 power cuts as well. Will not be returning.

Room Tip: Check room before accepting it and ask for upgrade before you unpack.

We first stayed at the Ghazala gardens last march and were so impressed we returned this march for my birthday. Not only was it great to see the staff again who all remembered us and greeted us with open arms but the hotel is still kept spotless, the gardens are imaculate and the pools cleaned every day.The food we think has got even better than last year with good variety to suit everyone. Rooms cleaned every day without fail with fresh towels and water, oh and the usual towel folding skills. Once again due to the relaxed feeling we made more great friends and had a great time here. The hotel was very quiet due to other countries cancelling flights but this didn't stop the Gala, egyptian night or the belly dancing from going on. Jane still runs around like a headless chicken sorting out anything you ask or her. We will be going back again next year.

I stayed here on an educational trip with my work, i was amazed with the quality of the hotel and their friendly staff. There was always someone around when you needed help. The hotel and rooms where cleaned every day. The hotel is located right opposite to Naama Bay and was only a short walk from the beach. There were several bars and restaurants in the hotel which meant we didnt have to eat in one place all the time.

Just spent a week at this great hotel. All staff very friendly from minute we stepped into hotel lobby. Room very spacious, kept immaculate by our 'boy' cleaner who made swans, flowers and even a dog watching tv with my specs on! Complex fab with several interlinked pools, even a small man made beach. The food was great too, although you had to book the 'themed' eateries, you could eat at each as many times as you liked (unlike most all inc.) Snorkelling in the Red Sea was fab. All in all had a relaxing break soaking up the sun.
Just a note re cocktails ; a lot were included on the holiday...I tried several!

Room Tip: Opt for a room facing the inner side of the complex (pools & gardens)and a higher floor to make...

Just come back (March 2014). Hotel is in good location for beach and town. Spacious well kept rooms. Grounds well kept with loads of pool area both heated and unheated. Several bars and restaurants within complex. Food varied and excellent. Staff very friendly and always busy. There are food and drinks that can be bought if you want, but what is offered in all inclusive package more than does the job. The weather was mid 20's to mid 30's by the end of the week. Do be prepared for the mosey's which were a bit of a pain at times outside the building but the room was clear of them.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing into the complex towards the pools. Outward facing rooms appear not to have su...

had an amazing week in ghazala gardens. food in fogos was yummy! so was little italy. The fountain was hit n miss, lovely food on the Friday tho. was quite disappointed that all the nice cocktails you had to pay for which think wad bit out of order when we booked all inclusive. loved our room the junior suite but came In on night n the was a squashed cockroach on the floor near the toilet, staff had obviously crushed it just not moved it. animation team were amazing and very lively. looked after us really well n so did jen amin. I would definitely go back to this hotel
