We've had a wonderful time in this hotel is beautiful and the room is very clean and cool with A/C.
Olive restuarant that we regular go upstair every day and the waiter is very friendly and good service also salad & food are fresh. The ofogo brazilian la carte was lovely, Mexican food was nice except the waiters in Mexican la carte was quite bad attitude. The bars and reception also public toilets are spotless and very clean. Very good cleaners regular there.
i love in the beaches and sea was so lovely to see the colours of fish. I would never recommend to eat at the Ghazala Beach restuarant where we went once for a lunch outside cos lots of birds & flies touchin around show cooking & salad bars can be hazardous & unhygeince. lots of nice shops except beggars always in the street want us to buy things in shops. We would love to go again at Ghazala Gardens probably next year or few years time. I think this hotel would be 5star.

Just returned from this amazing hotel. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave they make you feel so welcome. Ok so the rooms may not be the standard of an English 4 star hotel but the beds are good . And the showers work and the air con is great as well. All the staff are nice and the bars and restaurants are spotlessly clean. They have a gala night on Friday night and it’s a must. Jane, the English rep is the nicest person you will meet while your there, she cant help you enough. If you want a safe, clean friendly place to stay in sharm el sheikh that has a feel of home then this is the place to stay. Iv stayed at other hotels in the area, including the Hilton but I like this one the best

We are now back in Norway and the week we spend in Ghazala Gardens was excellent. Very good service, clean all over and the food was very good. The wather in the pool was a litle to cold but is was 35 gr. in the ear so this have some thing to do that the wather was filing cold. Nice entertaiment in the evening and all over the hotel was EXCELLENT. The staff was very friendly and nice.
Internet cost for 30 minuts 20 EP and they should have offer for one day or one week. In the reception it should be free internet. All over this was for us a very nice holliday with a lot of SUN. We will come back to Ghazala Gardens and beste regards from Norway and Karin/Henning.

Room Tip: Second floor but then you will have the SUN most of the day on the terrasse and this can be to much...

Just back from Ghazala Gardens on 25th march 2013 this had been our 2nd time there having been there several years ago. The hotel rooms could be doing with a bit of refurbishment, but they are clean and serve the purpose, also the beds were hard. The meals were acceptable. The staff throughout are a credit to the hotel, we found everyone very helpful and friendly. The guest relation girls were extremely helpful and nothing was any bother to them. The hotel itself was spotless, the poolside and surrounding areas were cleaned continually during the day. The entertainment at night was actually not to bad. The hotel guests were a mix of nationalities, and everyone was very friendly. Theres always a downside, it is very unfortunate that an open air disco has opened up in Naama Bay , and the music level is awful, this goes on until about 3.30am. I know that this is outwith the hotels control, but surrounding hotels guests must be suffering as well. All things considered this hotel is still very good, and my husband and I will be back next April. Hopefully the disco will have been made to turn the sound down.

For the 3rd year in a row we have recently spent a week in April at the Ghazala Gardens and we fully intend returning at the same time next year! The hotel is clean, air conditioned, welcoming in every way and the room is a good size and nicely furnished. There is a really good choice of food at all times. The staff are very friendly and helpful in every way. If you want a peaceful area to relax around the pool, this is easy enough to find as there are a number of different places to go. Jane in Guest Relations is so friendly and helpful and it was nice to see her for a second year running. Trips are very reasonably priced and no pressure is put on you to go on them. A great week from start to finish!

Room Tip: Rooms with pool view the best

If there is ever a place to avoid its this hotel.

My partner and I get very disappointed with the management because the A/C never work.

Our Rep was very helpful and he get out of his way to help us but it was out of his hand.

The red sea holidays manager Ahmed was really rude and useless trying to fool us with cheap excursion instead of sorting out the problem.
The staff overall were OK but higher management were completely rude.

If i can advise you of 1 thing do not go into the old town or Nama bay its very scary and borderline dangerous we felt so threatened.
Sharks bay on the other hand was lovely the highlight of our holiday.

Without doubt the worst holiday we have had.

Be wary also very few english in Ghazala all Germans.

My wife and I went to stay at Ghazala Gardens at the beginning of April to celebrate our honeymoon and had a lovely time staying at this hotel. Having seen some run-down looking areas and skeletal hotels in early stages of construction during the coach transfer it was reassuring to pull up outside a beautiful building ideally placed for shopping or going to the real beach (with Ghazala Beach being just opposite). The hotel food was mostly excellent and it is recommended to try the themed restaurants for evening dining (usually to be booked next to reception the morning before the day you wish to dine), as these were all superb, especially the O Fogo which has a Brazilian theme in its menu. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and going all inclusive took much of the worry away about having enough money as drinks were available from 10am until very late. Weather was kind to us and the cleaning service was also very good, with some interesting towel arrangements to enjoy! A very relaxing week was had in enjoyable surroundings...just need to keep your wits about you as soon as you leave the hotel (although the welcome meeting offers good advice about going out and about and for booking excursions). I would happily reccomend this hotel for anyone looking to get away for a week to just relax by the poolside.

Room Tip: Tipping well (in British or Egyptian currency) on the first day will ensure getting great service an...
