“Fabulous hotel”
Reviewed February 11, 2013 via mobile

This was our second holiday to Ghazalla gardens. We returned to this hotel because we had a great holiday 2 years ago.
Last time we had a junior suite having been upgraded. This time we had a nice double room with a pool view. The double rooms are very spacious. The only difference is a smaller patio. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean as is the hotel. The gardens are lovely and the hotel is very pretty with the pools & bridges and various eating areas. We used them all Mexican,Italian & al la carte. They are all very good as is the buffet restaurant. Entertainment is low key but is fine. There is something every night including belly dancer & singers. All the staff are friendly & cannot do enough to help you. Jane in guest relations is lovely. It was nice to see a few were still there from our last visit. The beach is 10 mins over the road through the sister hotel Ghazalla beach. It is sandy & you can swim off the beach as opposed to from a pontoon. The lifeguard is great and will sort you out sun beds. There is a drinks bar for use of A/I guests on the beach and you can also have your lunch at Ghazalla beach under your A/I package. We did a glass bottom boat trip& one evening we took a taxi to Soho square worth a trip to see the musical fountains, ice bar & stilt walker !
We will be returning next year for 2 weeks as one is not enough.
Thank you for another fabulous holiday.

Over the last 6 - 7 years we have had 7 holidays in Sharm totalling 12 weeks. This was our first all-inclusive and our first time staying in Naama Bay. We now wish that we had tried Ghazala Gardens sooner. Whatever we had expected, the hotel was as good or better on every aspect that you can think of. Our room, with direct access to a heated pool was ideal. Plenty of sunbeds around the pools that are a great feature of the hotel, meant that you can catch every possible minute of sunshine. The food was very good, and if you wanted to pay extra for some of the special dishes, it was still very good value. We consider O Fogo restaraunt to be one of the best dining experiences that we have had in Sharm. Service was so good throughout the hotel, that it seems unfair to mention anyone in particular, but the guest relations staff ensured that we were able to make the most of our stay. I think that we will be back in November!

Have just returned from this lovely hotel. This was our second time and will definitely be back next year.
The hotel has everything to offer for a great week in the winter sun. Fantastic pool area and beach within easy reach great snorkelling
The rooms are a little tired but they were comfortable, spacious and very clean.
Food was very good with a good range of food there are several different restaurants to choose from including Italian Mexican and Brazilian no problems with Egyptian tummy.
The most important thing to me about this hotel are the staff everyone is so friendly and helpful a special mention has to be for the lifeguard on the beach who sorted our sun beds everyday and also to Jane guest relations who was there every day to sort any problems (although we didn't have any)
All in all a great holiday looking forward to next year already .

Just returned from Ghazala Gardens wishing we could have stayed. We were a little unlucky with the weather as we had a couple of cloudy days which cooled things down dramatically! The hotel is beautifully laid out with the pools running into one another and the islands with the eateries and the wonderful Mango Bar - the staff here go out of their way to look after you.
I do agree with previous reviews that rooms could do with a little refurbishment but our biggest problem was that there was an adjoining room which was obviously occupied by people who ignored the No Smoking sign and the smell of cigarettes travelled into our room quite frequently.
The food was great and plenty of it. Sayed the rep was lovely. Would love to go back but probably not in January.

This Hotel was the best Hotel ever!! Friendly people, everybody does effort to make sure the guests have a nice time in Ghazala Gardens.
We liked the room verry much, the food was excellent also in de 3 a la carte restaurants, a lot of swimmingpools and beds, you don't notice that the Hotel is full with people, their is much places to lay in the sun! Beach is nearby also the boulevard. But the Hotel have everything you need, so you don't have to go outside. We will go back for sure!!!!!!!
