Arrived home on 21st July after wonderful relaxing two weeks holiday all the staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you especially Hany on the bottom pool bar, the rooms and the complex were spotless and a credit to all the people that worked really hard to keep it that way.
The food was to a good standard and plenty of choice so you could always something you eat, overall a very enjoyable time and will definately going back and lastly a mention for Jamie from the Animation team she worked very hard to to keep everyone entertained.

We travelled as a family unit which consisted of 4 adults 2 children. We had requested 2 rooms next 2 each other , with pool view this we got . Walled in restaurant was brilliant when he seen us walking into restaurant he would rush over and find us a table from nowhere . He also made our party drinks whenever any of us had an upset stomach We did miss him when he went home to Cairo however the new manager (sorry 4gotten your name) was still up 4 a laugh. We enjoyed some of the entertainment although as said previously some of it wasn't suitable for children , however this is our 4th time in sharm , and you will find that to be the case in most hotels there. For our family there are several people who stood out as going above and beyond to ensure we had a really good holiday Walled as already mentioned abdo our waiter and 2 members of the entertainment team fabio and Jamie worked tirelessly to make our holiday . Hello to you all . One person who I have to single out for criticism is nour who is part of entertainment team ?? !!!! . She took our granddaughter off to kids club and allowed her at the age of 5 to come back on her own having to pass 2 swimming pools on her way back to us ????? . On another occasion she had taken her and brought her back to us without informing us that sophie had banged herself behind her ear and had been crying which she very rarely does unless she has really hurt herself. She later was vomiting and not feeling at all well and she didn't think to mention this ??? I wouldn't trust her with Anyones child . All in all I would recommend this hotel for people looking for a mid-range price hotel

from when we first arrived the staff were amazing, even when arriving late evening they were so helpful and bought snacks up to the room, it was our first time in eygpt and we enjoyed every minute of it, the friendly staff that work hard to make your holiday special makes all the difference, when going back we will certainly want to stay at same hotel, rooms are very clean and they do a great job cleaning it everyday, food was fine and snacks are served by the pool which was nice, the pools were lovely, and the staff that organise the evening entertainment were lovely, there were a few things that i wasnt sure of before travelling i.e tipping etc but the reps were really helpful on when to tip etc, when going out the hotel in the evening if your not used to the hustle and bustle then they do organised trips where a rep stays with you, that was very good as we werent sure where to go etc, overall an amazing place to visit and lovely staff at this resort....thanks guys

Arrived home 20th july2012 after spending a fantastic two weeks at this hotel. We could not fault this hotel, the thomson rep syed was brilliant would do anything for you always around if you needed him, nothing was to much trouble.Advise you go on the friday night feeling its worth it,we went twice it was so good.
the hotel has to bars, the jasmine and rossetta,we found the rossetta bar much more friendly the staff could not do enough for you, especially mohamed ghanem, always pleased to see you with his friendly smile. There were a lot of egyptians in this bar but they were friendly...never made us feel unwelcome.
The restaurant (jasmine) was very good, the food was better than what we expected always something for you to eat,we didn't have any stomach trouble and we ate mostly everything. The staff were great especially Abdo and Mido and ahmed they always greeted you with a smile and a hand shake or kiss.
The swimming pools were great,we found the top pool to be the better one had a bit of shade, and the pool bar staff were excellent(shame about the plastic cups advise you take larger ones with you.)
The hotel was always kept spotless, the rooms were cleaned everyday to a very high standard.
We enjoyed ourselves so much we have booked up for same time next year, and cannot wait to go back.........happy days.

I read the reviews on here before we went to the rosetta/jasmine club hotel and with the mixed response and the pictures and impressions made by tompson, I thought it looks ok, but boy was I wrong!!!!I wasnt looking for a 5 star hotel at all just something myself and my husband could afford and that seemed half decent.

Myself and my husband spent one week here and we couldnt wait to leave! The entrance can be decieving and you will soon see that througout the day it becomes cluttered with egyptian travellers of which it becomes very clear take over priority of anyone else there. It is very much a hotel catered for egyptians who we found rude, ill mannered and ignorant. The hotel is very much segregated with the english at one pool and the egyptians at the other.

The pool is warm and dirty with cracked tiles all around the edge. If there was a spilt drink at the pool bar it just gets wiped into the pool! There was allsorts in the pool! The pool was not busy but there was always an insufficient amount of food! The egyptians from the other pool would everyday come down to our bar and would literally eat all the food at the bar and the waiter would always serve them first even though you would be asking him for food and would have been waiting for 5 minutes. It would always be a mad rush to beat the egytians to the food!Dont get me wrong the guy behind the bar was lovely but it was upsetting to see him mistreated by managment when he was taken aside and physically assaulted. He re-appeared with a bust lip and a ripped shirt. He was a lovely man and always tried to do the best for us.

The towel man is lovely, however this may be me being a little naive, but I dont think selling, lets say, 'certain substances' to the customers is acceptable or appropriate at all!Especially with children around the pool.

You were constantly hassled by the pool everyday all day by people trying to sell you things. You would be blatantly subathing or even asleep and they would think nothing of disturbing you. They will not take no for an answer. My holiday was ruined by hassle.

The food is awful!!!!!There is hardly no air con where you eat so you sit there dripping with sweat as it is so hot!The only redeeming factor is that the waiters are lovely and cant do enough for you, but when youre not eating due to having severe diarrhea of which nearly everyone at the pool was experiencing, there is not much for them to do.

The entertainment is very unprofessional, and whilst some saw it as them mingling with the holidayers and making them feel welcome, they were just lounging around in the sun. The entertainment at night was poor and we constantly hassled to go clubbing every night by the entertainment who were more conerned with telling us what they were doing in their own spare time than doing their job.

In the brochure is said the beach was 700m away, which is a lie. It is a good 15/20 minutes walk and in 50degree heat its unbearable. All the way walking to the beach you get hassled, on the beach you get hassled. It just does not stop. If you do not mind this then its right up your street, but I couldnt physically have a conversation with my husband due to being interrupted every 2 seconds. The beach is average, but not worth walking that way in that heat.

Avoid Naama bay!It may have T.G.I's, McDonalds and Hard Rock Cafe, but you will be dragged left right and centre by hagglers trying to talk to you and shake youre hand and get you into their shop, and they will follow you. This is the first time I've been on holiday and I have not felt safe.

The only good thing is the excursions which are fantastic, but other than that do no stay here! You are constantly pressured to tip, and are constantly being asked for money!

Room Tip: Stay at the 5 star Blue Bay hotel down the road!
