Excellent hotel this is our 4th visit

This is the 4th time we have been to this hotel and we have stayed in several in Sharm, we would not stay anywhere else. We always go S Class and love the freedom of eating out in Soho Square where all the restaurants are excellent, the hotel restaurants are lovely too and I can not fault anything.
I have to point out to the management that you have certainly improved service and standards compared to other times we have been and it was a pleasure to see all your staff smiling and nothing was too much trouble, the two lads at the pool bar are a credit to your hotel they looked after everyone around the pool, I believe they are both called Ahmed they work so well together. The weather was very hot in it's 40's but we love the hot sun as long as your careful and take to the shade mid day you will be fine. Are we going back for a 5th time you bet we are.

Room Tip: We stayed in a sea view which was fabulous but I think the pool view rooms are just as good.

At Soho Square, everybody enjoys a high standard of recreational facilities, including a variety of international entertainment and hassle-free shopping in one safe, managed resort. The Egyptian Bridge Federation represent its sincere thanks and appreciation to the management of Savoy Sharm El-Sheikh Hotel for the wonderful organization of 12th Sharm el-Sheikh International Championship.
All the participants were more than happy because of warm reception , beauty of the place , elegant design , wonderful rooms and ending with a very helpful staff everywhere.
Everything was extremely fantastic.

Fabulous hotel, superb food and service

We stayed for 10 nights from the 29th May . We had booked a sea-view room, but really all the rooms have a great view of sea/pool or gardens. We booked the S Class all inclusive package and ate in all the restaurants which were all fabulous. We had lunch, most days down near the beach at the Seafood restaurant where we had king prawns or sea bass - wonderful!

Rooms were spacious and had a very comfortable queen size bed.

We had a very relaxing holiday and some super spa treatments - Tammy was excellent and sorted out my niggling neck problem - thank you!

We will definitely return to the Savoy !

Savoy quality with virtually gauranteed sunshine

My wife and I have just returned from The Savoy Sharm el Shiek. (our first visit to Eygpt) The hotel is beautiful as you would expect from a Savoy. High standard of decor,service and facilities. Great beach and restaurants aplenty. The Soho Square complex is all part of the deal and offers a variety of restauarants, bars and shopping without the pressure of Nama Bay just down the road. Trust me if you want a quiet peaceful break then this is for you....if its hustle bustle and full on pressure then its Nama Bay ( we detested Nama Bay!!!)
The Savoy is close to the airport (10 mins by cab) and in its own grounds which are beautifully maintaned. All the ususal facilities EXCEPT no Wifi in the rooms which I raised with the management as constructive criticism.....it is planned apparently and needs to be installed asap. Also the beds round the pool need cushions/mattress as they are not the most comfortable and get very hot with the intense sun. Both points were taken on board by the excellent guest services. We had a fantastic week totally chilled out and will be back in the future and will have no hesitation reccommending to others.

We are very pleased that you chose the Savoy for your first visit to Egypt. We have a reputation for quality, class and value second to none. Our dedicated staff work tirelessly to create and maintain the luxuriant grounds that you enjoyed during your stay and we are justly proud of them – the grounds and the staff.

Soho Square is just on our doorstep and all the restaurants and bars there are included in our S-Class Ultra All Inclusive package – unique in the region. Soho Square really comes to life at night when you can enjoy the magnificent spectacle of the dancing fountain, visit the 100 or so shops and the bazaar (without the Naama Bay Hassle), drop in to one of the many bars, have dinner in one of the dozen or more à la carte restaurants, sit and watch the free show on centre stage then finish the night off in Pangaea, one of Sharm’s hottest night clubs or maybe just relax in our elegant Crystal Lounge and enjoy the show there. There’s so much to do at the Savoy.

Our lovely (expensive) sunloungers are made of lightweight, yet strong aluminium with a sprung fabric which gives the comfort. They can be adjusted from the lying-down position and have their own built-in face canopies to protect you from the sun. They are designed to take just one of our luxuriously soft Egyptian-cotton towels to make them snug. Our pool and beach staff are always on hand to help out with any difficulties or special needs so next time, please do not hesitate to ask for anything you want and he’ll see if he can help. That’s what he’s there for.

With regard to the internet service in the hotel, as management stated we already have plans to have WIFI in all rooms. This is in the pipeline but in the meantime, there is cable internet connection in some of the rooms and Wi-Fi is indeed free in SOHO Square.

Fantastic

This Hotel is indeed one of the best I have ever been to,... classy service,...and a heaven for your kids if you are on vacation. Clean, helpful staff ...really really excellent, would recommend it for anyone without hesitation.

Room Tip: For a family with little kids,...a room next to the kids pool was a perfect choice,..close to everything yet u can enjoy watching ur kids from the comfort of your bed, while they are swimming.
