It's only open 5 nights a week (closed Sunday and Monday I think) and only for dinner. It's run by Italians who make their own bread, pasta and sauces and they have a different menu every night depending on what they've prepared. I'm sure I saw the guy cutting my fettucini into strips while I waited - it's that fresh! So I had that with a lovely bolognese sauce served in a bowl- shaped home-made flatbread and my wife had gnocchi which she said was a bit too al dente for her. I also had the pizza napoli which was probably the best pizza I've had in Sharm so far. Service was relaxed and friendly but not slow. Local wines available and very reasonably priced. Only a few tables in the restaurant and a couple outside and lots of Italians eating. I really enjoyed it and will go back. It's not really a candle-lit romantic venue but it's cosy and rustic and comfortable and well worth a visit if you like what I imagine to be real authentic home-cooked Italian food.
