I emailed the manager who's called Ahmed with a room request as it was our anniversary. I also asked him if he could arrange our transfer. He replied by saying the room request and transfers have been arranged. The communication was excellent because as we arrived the night manager who was on duty himself welcomed us and took us to our room where a cake was left for us. The room was very spacious and had a sofa with a great balcony view, there's a TV with 3 movie channels. The only down fall is that the breakfast was very limited and tasteless and you have to pay for the wi fi which was very disappointing for a 5 star hotel as a 4 star ghazala beach hotel across the road offers free Wi fi, apart from that it is a great hotel to stay in and is 10 mins walk away from the center of naama bay

Was our third stay here at the Hilton Dreams Resort and it was even better then before, they have arranged us a pick up at the airport, ones arrived the staff recognized us immediately, we had the same room like before and again it was spotless due to the good care of housekeeping, everything was perfect, special thanks to the Front Office Manager Mister Ahmed Hassan!

excellent holiday overall great people and helpful many bars and drinks food great! more breakfast options would be good with fresh juice gym ok many pools laguna bar rooms 7000 are amazing with its own swim up pool! would defo go back! make sure not to use mini bar and dont get charged

Really excited to go 5* expecting luxury. Rooms tired, bathroom has shower over bath and worn tiles. Food poor quality. Whole experience like a Butlin's holiday camp in the 70;s. Pool in need of repair. Snack bar polysyrene trays and poor quality food that is thawed out under the tap before cooking it. On the whole staff very good, however pool barman does not readily serve white women. Internet 20 egyptian for 15 minutes. I wouldn;t recommend it to anyone,

The animation team makes you not to go out of the hotel ,they are great ,they do a shows in the night and parties , every thing is good , location ,pool,staff and rooms .

I have one commentary about the restaurant ,I think it may has more kinds of food to eat

I stayed for 3 nights
in general everything is good..room was clean ,food is ok
animation team at the pool is ok ,kids area is good but they should allow 3 years kids to enter..
beach is good with 2 options if you need to swim at left side or snorkeling at the right side
Mr.Samy the restaurant manager acting well ,many hard workers with smile

areas to improve
1)reception bathroom very bad image for 5 star hotel
2)night show sound was very high,perfect show on Monday night good show in Tuesday,worst show ever in Sunday night with many screams
3)snaks on the pecine not that good
4)no fresh juice at all

i had to have a small issue with the concierge service at my arrival , and after sorting this issue out by the front office manager, Tamer , i was very well compensated and treated from that point forward, i would really like to thank him for doing a marvelous job with his professionalism and outstanding customer service abilities, and i would definitely recommend the hotel for the service i have received..
