Recently we booked the Hilton Waterfalls for a 40th Birthday excursion. We have visited this resort many times in the past and have always enjoyed our stay. I must say that this time was exceptional, the food was second to none, the service from all of the restaurants was amazing, the courtesy of ALL of the staff was impeccable (Many thanks to the two Ibrahim's) and all of the recommendations that we provided on our last visit was addressed. The cleanliness of the site was brilliant and I could not highly recommend any more - a truly wonderful stay and cannot wait to get back in the Autumn.
Also being a scuba diver the Ocean College dive centre located on the site again played a blinder with an amazing 8 days diving and again an impeccable time.

This is our second time back to sharm ( stayed at intercontinental reef previously) and we had a completely different ( in good way )experience. Firstly, the service from everyone from the receptionists, chefs, bar staff, room service men etc etc was exceptional . Compared to our last experience , we were pleasantly surprised and felt very cared for . Our rooms were standard and were kept spotlessly clean -with a nice tv , air con and neutral decoration. However, the main feature for us was the sea and snorkelling - just lovely . We never had any problems obtaining sun loungers at beach areas or pools- and the resort never seemed ' over crowded' like some resorts. We stayed all inclusive and enjoyed all our meals- the buffet option was nice as there was a large variety of different foods and I could eat nice healthy salads for lunch and dinner. You could also eat at the shish bar ( traditional but limited options for dinner) , reef restaurant ( lovely seafood), and the Italian , which my husband loved ( can visit once per week) . Lunch was buffet and reef ( fast food) and breakfast was lovely ( muffins!!! Yum)- however if you are a coffee fanatic, I would recommend going to one of the bars to obtain your caffeine hit as breakfast offerings are rather dilute and grey looking! One last suggestion- visit the shish bar for cocktails- they do the best. Sit up there for a sundowner- just gorgeous views and atmosphere is so chilled and relaxing. If your more of a clubber , the animation team organise nights out to town to nice places such as space or pacha. Overall- we loved our ten days here and came back to London refreshed and rested.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Jemma on entertainment team brilliant. Very helpful if u ever needed to know anything too. Got everyone going and making friends. Good laughs had. 24hr bar staff sieed and george so so funny. Only let down no evening entertainment after sundown.could have had music in 24 hr bar. Food not brilliant.

On the other hand, I was concerned to that selection of food offered at dinner buffet was not up to your complete satisfaction, I am sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations, however please be informed, that our Chef constantly strives to purchase the finest materials and cook International recipes of the greatest qualities in order to satisfy all tastes. Moreover fine dinning at our three “A LA CARTE” restaurants is included to all inclusive packages one time during your stay.

Thank you once again for your feedback. We put on a lot of efforts to achieve and maintain the highest standards of service to satisfy our guests requires, thank you for your kind recognition.

Great hotel,excellent service!The rooms were clean and comfortable and water left everyday free of charge!The minibar was chargeable.
The beach was nice and the snorkeling was good when the sea wasn't that rough.
Food was good and service as good in the restaurants .
I had a massage which was excellent and the health spa was lovely.
We had to pay £50 for wifi which i was not very happy about seen as tho every other hotel we have been to it has been free.
The entertainment in the evening was very poor and it would of been better having some better acts coming in from outside.
The beach party was a total waste of money.
Would certainly try another Hilton hotel as i was very pleased with the service.

Just returned from Hilton Waterfalls Resort and have to say much work is needed to deliver the Hiltom standard you will be expecting .
First the Good , rooms excellent ( we had a sea view ) ( tip request left side middle level as building work currently to right of hotel and middle level will reduce steps ) the Hotel is spotlessly clean , the facility's ie. pools , diving , reef , volleyball all good.
The BAD , the main restaurant Cascade is terible , one corner ( about 20%) of restaurant is air conditioned everyone fights to sit here , the tables are cramed in to reflect this .The restaurant is roof and sides all glass , it hit 44c when we were there so you can imagine how uncomfortable you feel eating here .
The other restaurants are pretty good BUT don't expect all inclusive as the fast majority of choice in these restaurants is at a supplement .
Service 3 in 10 waiters are good the rest terible . For example a Gin n Tonic no ice no slice and constantly getting orders wrong
The Very BAD , Hastle Hastle Hastle all the time around the pools by hard selling tactics by Spa people , dive centre , and trip sellers .. You go on holiday to relax , you start by politely saying No Thankyou but after a few days hard selling you quickly lose patience and want to say [--] off ! We found out after a few days that the towel guys have Red Signs you need to but on your sun bed to stop this , in practise it only cuts it down . Seeing people around the pool pretending to be asleep so as not to get hastled is quite funny though !
If these bad factors were put right the hotel could be good but at the moment this is a Hilton by name only ...

This hotel has got it all, great restaurants, great staff, great pools and amazing entertainment! The staff in particular were fantastic! Jemma lait from the animation team bonded with us particularly well! She was friendly and caring and really got us involved in everything going on! She was always attentive and really fun to be around which is just what you want when you go on holiday as she really tries with everyone that she meets. The animation team overall were amazing, they put on great entertainment and everyone has a great time! Overall the hotel is fantastic, haven't got a bad thing to say about it! Loved every second of our holiday and it won't be the last time that we go there!!

Definitely would recommend it 100%!!

The hotel is beautiful, adorable and with helpful staff.
Small detail, the waiters recognized us every morning and brought us our coffees the way we used to have it, it was very nice !
We spent ten days with family and the children (13 years and 16 years) told me they spent their best holidays !
The animation team is just great: Mido the team leader knows how to teach his team the right measure:they are present, not intrusive, playful and catchy! Adorable, just for him we would go back!
As for swimming, you have a choice, given the number, of quiet or active. The sea is amazing and the school team of professional diving, perfect with the beginner and more experienced.
Thank you for this unforgettable stay, we will return for sure
