“Great value”

This was our first visit to Sharm and the Hilton Waterfalls and chose this hotel for location , facilities and ratings from tripadvisor . We were not disappointed and overall the staff were extremely helpful, polite and eager to help in anyway they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Special Mention to El Sayed Niwal in Latinos bar & Abdul Ahmed in Cascade restaurant.The only bad point, which has nothing to do with the Hilton is on every Friday evening load music is played until 3-4am from a complex down the road. Hotel offered to change our rooms but siince there were only 2 more nights and this was not going to occur during our stay again we remained in the same room (room 4308).
The rooms were clean and yes proberbly could do with decorating but certainly does not warrant bad reviews. The facility including the entertainment was very good and location (25min from Airport, 20min Nama Bay ) was excellent.
Days out we tried the all day snorkelling to Tiran Island which evolved 3 different places to snorkel, lunch and transfers for £15 each. Soft drinks are included but suggest you take water, sun cream and maybe a dry set of clothes to change into. We booked this through a small tour company called Star Tours which is located 20min walk from Hotel.
One other tip is that there is a high presence of Mosquitos which seem to target people differently, so come prepared !!!
The food is of good standard, but the best restaurant we felt had to be the Italian. You had a choice to eat there once during your stay under the All Inclusive deal and there after is at an extra charge but with discount. We also chose to eat out a couple of times, once in Nama Bay at he Hard Rock cafe (but thre are lots of restaurants to chose from with the usual sales pitch to tempt you in) and in Soho Square. This is owned by Savoy Hotel and is a lovely place to visit in the evening but not worth eating out there.. Over rated, over priced!!!!
All I can say to sum it up is that We will certainly try and stay here again on our next visit!!!!!!

This as already been said, but i will condense this.
The food and service in the main restaurant is very poor. That goes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The a la carte restaurants are good, especially the italian, but this comes with a price. Not cheap.
The rooms are kept very clean even though they are dated.
The hotel is certainly dated and in need of a make over. It doesn't live up to the Hilton name and isn't 5 stars.
The biggest problem this hotel has is the arrogant Russians. They don't believe in waiting or queueing for anything. They completely ruin your holiday. I could go on further but i won't about this hotel. Stay well clear.

Went to this hotel for 3 weeks and my brother in law had a broken back so things were a little tougher than normal for us.
The staff were brilliant so helpful and kind to us from the head waiter to the staff at the chillax pool, couldn't do enough for us. I must also mention the cleaner we were in room 2805/06 and he was excellent. Gemma from the animation team was such a lovely girl and came to see us every day to ask if we wanted to go to the evening shows, a pleasure to meet her. Some we did and indeed enjoyed them but due to getting bitten to bits by the mosies, we didn't attend all of them.
I had a very bad experience at the massage /beauty part with a man who did manicure and pedicure and indeed was extremely upset by this, however the staff there were soooo apologetic and offered free massage or my money back. What more can I ask, they did make up for the bad experience. I do love to have a massage when I am away and they were beautiful. Lastly I would like to thank each and every one of the staff for making our holiday such a peaceful enjoyable stay.

Room Tip: Our room were overlooking the gardens and the fountain - we were more than happy with that.

returned from here 2 weeks ago . This hotel is owned by Hilton group . The position is lovely on the sea . It is spotlessly clean , we had no problems in area . The staff are so helpfull , and polite . They seem to smile all day . There was not 1 member of staff we had problem with . The waiting staff from the top to the bell boys were lovely and could not do enough for you . ( the bell boy in the main restaurant will be the head waiter in a few years ... i could of bought him home to work for me !!!!!)The restaurant food was ok . some strange dishes that need a little work on and it def. needs spicing up . We had no bad stomachs at all which was always a fear of ours as it was our first trip to Egypt .The entertainment staff were really good , taking time to chat to everyone during the day . Anthony is doing very well and is amazing how he manages to converse with different nationalities English are a minority here as mostly Russians . They are not very sociable so did not affect us at all . Hilton need to wake up and invest money in this hotel as the furniture , sun beds , and even the linen need replacing to get it the 5 star rating as at present it is a 4 in our books . The staff def deserve your investment. Worth a visit especially if you get a good deal , take your snorkles as safe diving off the beach is amazing , but take insect repelent if you go to watch evening entertainment or go to the beach after sunset . Get up at 5.45 in the morning to watch the sunrise !!!! fantastic (need a sea view for this obviously !!).

Room Tip: Take pound coins with you as tips . £1 is alot for the staff as they only earn roughly £50 per wee...

We spent a wonderful week. The attentiveness of the hotel staff couldn't be faulted, always happy to help with a smile - they really wanted us to enjoy our holiday. We had a beautiful sea view room with balcony.

The catering was fantastic with 4 restaurants to choose from for dinner for all inclusive guests. There really was something for everyone with a great choice of dishes changing daily so you never became bored of the menu.

The facilities were also really good with 7 different pools and several separate areas by the sea.

The only down side was that the holiday went so quickly. We will definitely return Inshallah.

What a holiday...loved every minute of my stay :) the animation team were fantastic Jemma and Nastia were awesome had a great rapport with each other and guests...very helpful and a credit to the team...will be booking again hotel is great rooms are lovely and staff friendly :)

Just returned from Egypt, had a great time as usual. Hilton Waterfalls up to its usual high standard, good food and accommodation.
Should mention also the animation team, who did a great job, particularly Jemma and Nastia, who threw themselves into the events with gusto, and made the entire holiday great fun.
Cant wait to go again, hope these two are still there!
