We have just spent a very relaxing week at the Iberotel Palace. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed in it. All the areas of the hotel were clean and tidied throughout the day. Our holiday was an all-inclusive deal, and the food was plentiful and varied at all mealtimes, and the quality of the food was good. We liked the fact that it was only a couple of minutes to walk down to the beach (still in the hotel compound), and also only minutes over the road to the Old Market in the town, exciting to walk round and get the ambience of the place. Would we go back again? Yes, most certainly. Remember, this hotel is for couples.

Just arrived back from our 7th visit to Iberotel Palace Hotel Sharm-El-Sheikh. Another wonderful holiday! It was spotlessly clean, wonderful manager and staff- couldn't do enough for us endlessly trying to make our stay enjoyable. The food is excellent, ranges of choices to pick every time you go. Could not fault it! Can't wait to go again, booking our 8th visit shortly thanks to all for making our holiday such a success!

What a wonderful and truly relaxing place to stay, not once did I hear anyone (staff or tourists moan) the customer service was unbelievably good, drinks were often put on our table as we were sitting down as the boys had noticed us on our way. The deluxe room was large, clean and spacious with a lovely balcony where we had a view of the sea and gardens. Ive never slept so well, the bed was very large and comfortable The gardens were so well cared for and had little surprises all around them including hammocks and four poster out door beds|.
The food was excellent although not always to our taste but the quality and quantity was quite unbelievable I think if we had stayed any longer than the two weeks we would have put on stones rather than pounds The beach bar was fabulous as was the seafood night, on the beach which had more seafood than we could manage. To top it all it was a child free zone which was fabulous
The beach was very 'organised' with regular lines of umberellas and bed the back row having fabric curtains surrounding them for privacy if required. Everything was as near perfect as we could ask.

Looking at the reviews on TripAdvisor there is not a lot you can add the hotel is very clean and the staff top class, food is varied and there should be enough for everyone to enjoy the dining, only complaint from my Wife was the salad bar was too small and no cold cuts at lunch or dinner.Entertainment was low key but this was explained by the rep who said "Thomson set it and for Couples it is low key" We were on the beach every day with Temps in the low 80's really good for March my only niggle no mats on the sun beds it could get uncomfortable after a few hours. As you can see not a lot to add to the other reviews will we return yes later this year. Our Thomson flights both ways were excellent and the cabin crew were top class.

my husband and I stayed at this lovely hotel from 25th March-April 1st ! what a wonderful time we had ! our room was lovely as we up-graded to a "Deluxe Room" it had a huge comfy bed a lovely bathroom with a "rain" shower ! plenty of toiletries on hand and soft fluffy towels to use ! nice size T.V and complimentary tea/coffee ! the mini fridge was stocked once during your visit with soft drink ! although water and milk were replaced daily !
The main place to eat "La Couple" served breakfast/lunch/dinner and had a wide choice of dishes enough even to please the fussiest of eaters (and I am one) a different theme every evening which was nice ! BUT my favorite just had to be the desserts !! amazing !!
The evening entertainment was very low key with a resident duo playing on the "patio" also guest acts playing softer music on some nights ! nice to sit outside with a cocktail or two listening to their music !! just bear in mind that if you want "premium" brand alcohol you have to pay for it ? otherwise they serve local branded spirit ! not too bad ! but not to everyone's taste !!
A few cats run around the complex but more of an annoyance on the beach as some silly people feed them (Russians) this means the cats hang around them waiting to be fed and if not they just jump up onto the tables under the umbrellas and start pawing at their bags looking for food ! they forget these are Feral and would as soon bite you ! very silly ! most people just clapped their hands at the and they soon ran away !!
the beach bar is a nice place to chill with a coffee and a Danish at 10-30 when they serve a late Breakfast ! also nice to get an ice cream in the afternoon and a stroll along the beach !!
One down side unfortunately ! is a small bar beside the hotel which plays very loud music for some reason on a Tuesday night ? woke us up a 1-45am but others complained to be woken at 3am ? the hotel "relations" girls came around the beach most days asking you if there were any problems ! most people said the noise ?? unfortunately as annoying as it is ! the hotel manager cant do anything about it as the beach is classed as "A public Space" ??? on good Friday the hotel across the bay did the same ! music so loud it was a total joke !! if I wanted to listen to music like that we would have gone to Ibiza ?? glad to say it was only for one day !! not like the bar next to the hotel !! why every Tuesday nobody knows ??
apart from that !! we still had a lovely time ! the weather was fantastic ! very hot ! high 30s most days !!
Would we recommend this hotel to you ? absolutely yes !! don't let the noise from these 2 places spoil it for you ? would be a shame !! the staff are brilliant ! do anything for you !! so if you decide to go after reading this review i'm sure you will have a nice time so ENJOY !!

Room Tip: worth paying for a "Deluxe Room " on the second floor with a "limited sea view"...

had two lovely weeks at this adults only hotel and it would be difficult to find fault with anything. The room was lovely, quiet, good position, spacious and well appointed. We overlooked the arena and therefore had ringside seats when any of the shows were on (which was about three times a week) The food is first class in all of the restaurants and the service second to none. No hovering for tips - great service whether you tip or not. Three swimming pools - one indoor and two outdoor - not a lot of space round the pools for sunbeds but the beach was lovely and no shortage of beds there. (sand a bit rough so take old shoes or sandals) The sea is calm and safe for swimming and the hotel provides a free boat service to a coral beach for snorkling. Nice low key and pleasant entertainment and an animation team that is not 'in your face'. We loved the location with the old market just outside and a free shuttle to Nama bay if you want. The only fly in the ointment during our two week stay was loud music from an adjacent bar for two of the nights but in fairness to the hotel management this was dealt with effectively and we never heard another squeak from the bar for the rest of the holiday. In all we had a wonderful time and would reccommend this hotel and, although we are not usually 'return travellers', we would definately consider returning to this one.

Room Tip: we upgraded our room but I am not sure that it was necessary as all the rooms were good. If you lik...

Just returned from a fantastic and restful break at this fantastic hotel. We were only there for 1 week which is nowhere near enough just wished we could have had longer. it as been said by everyone else so not much more we can add other than repeat everything said already. Wonderful hotel, fantastic food, great atmosphere, outstanding service from the best staff we have been looked after by in years. Just need to mention individually, Sabry from the pool bar, Ahmed and Hany from the main bar, Tarek on reception, Tarek the breakfast chef (best omellete in Sharm), Nadia and Anette from customer services and Danni and Stacey from Thomson who along with everyone else made this holiday so memorable, we will definately be back! Thank you all.

Room Tip: All rooms are really good but be careful and get ground floor if you have difficulty with stairs
