“No better place for kids and spring sun”
Reviewed April 14, 2013 via mobile

We stayed for a week in march just before Easter, my husband and I with our 18 month old daughter. There is in my opinion no better place for a holiday in spring. We had the family package with an upgrade to 2 bed and 2 bathroom, 3 hours babysitting a day and free meals for kids. A cot was provided along with a basket full of nappies and wipes and even little ducks provided for bath time and they had a washer dryer in the room as well and they were happy to provide washing powder etc which was great with the little one and we used the laundry service for our clothes. Jo who was our babysitter who we booked for 3 hours per day for the week was absolutely fantastic and our daughter loved her from the word go even staying up and refusing to go to bed till she got there on one night. There were kids menus in several of the restaurants but by the end of the week we were just ordering what she wanted even if it wasn't on the menu, plates of cherry tomatoes and carrot stick appeared along side bowls of ice cream! We were staying right up near the tennis courts so we needed the buggy for our daughter as it was a little way away from everything although close to one of the pools which was so quiet there were regularly only 1 or 2 other families there - the kids pool both here and at the waha were so warm my daughter was happy to stay in for more than an hour at a time. We ate out at sushi night and fish market night which were both excellent. The Italian was lovely although I was a little disappointed at the menu as I didn't feel there was much variety but the food I did have was fine. We played tennis and did yoga both were good and we went for massage at the spa which was great - there is a lap pool (shared) as well as steam and sauna and jacuzzi here (separate men and women). The room service was great and we took DVDs to use in the room DVD player which was good. The beach was a bit cold and windy while we were there but as with the poolside towels were provided and beds prepared as soon as we arrived. We did leave once for a short walk to soho square which was nice but we scurried back to the four seasons quite quickly as its much nicer. The transfer service to and from the airport excellent and only 10 mins which is great with kids. All in all I can't think of a better place for some spring time guaranteed sunshine and we will definitely be going back

Having had a great holiday here in 2012 we decided to return for some guaranteed Easter sunshine and we got it! The very high standards at the resort remain. Food always great, service impeccable and the comfort and rest we had from our ordinary busy lives was most welcome. The managers who were out in force at the cocktail party took real trouble to listen to what we wanted from a holiday and what we expected from the resort. Everyone from the pool staff to housekeeping to the front of house staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. We did not want to come home and we definitely hope to go back.
This time we took the hotel snorkelling trip- miles better than the one advertised by the travel company.
Thanks also to the rep Ehab from Elegant Resorts who expedited our time out and back in to Sharm Airport at a very bust time.

Room Tip: If you have a family the 2 bed suites with 2 bathrooms and a full living area are really good

Comfortable rooms with all necessary amenities. Good quality, comfortable beds and duvets. Resorts is just beautiful with luscious landscaping. Staff will bend over backwards to ensure you are well attended to including polishing your sunglasses and spraying your face with cold water when around the pool area. There are 2 large swimming pools but finding a sunbed around then is a bit tricky. Plenty of other beds around the gardens though are available. Breakfast are good with quite a lot of choice, but if you plan to eat in the hotel for lunch and dinner everyday the choice will be limited I fear. The resort is quite large but there plenty of golf carts to ferry you around. My suggestions to the hotel to improve thing would be a better older kids zone.

Fulfilled on the airport through car owner and also whisked off to resort a quick 12 moment chase away. Quick effective register and bags throughout area in arrival through golf pushchair. Large room with a very large patio inside a calm place having seaviews. Program had been outstanding here and also attention to detail extraordinary by the swimming swimming as well as seaside. Continuous circulation of shot cups along together using fresh berry slushies bobs regarding fresh berry. Sunbeds made up immediately of course , if actually must proceed your bed a great attendant would appear out of thin air to aid. Sun shades cleaned out as well as spray drinking h2o with regard to cool-down. Selection of areas so that you can lie down, poolside, incline as well as beachside having designated quieter places for upwards of 12s only. Variety of restaurants accessible all with excellent sevice and Five celebrity cuisine. We especially enjoyed Sails with its Several training study training tasting food selection, super fruit at an excellent value. Bedouin night had been great entertaining household entertainment. Prone to go back!

Have just been lucky enough to spend 2 nights at the four seasons in sharm recommended by our tour operator Holiday Designers. What can you say,the Four Seasons hotels throughout the the world are in a 6 star catergory,we were only on b&b but that was enough to get a feel for the hotel, we were in the residential suites which are designed for families with 2 bedroom/bathroom suites with a kitchenette and even a clothes washer and dryer which for families with young children is a boon.
In this particular accomodation it has it's own pool with a lifeguard and kiddies club. The grounds are extensive and beautifully kept and there is a funicular to take you down from the hotel to the lower pools and beach.
The staff are very attentive without being intrusive and should you be perspiring in the heat they come round to spray you with cool water.
The Four Seasons name has a lot to look after and they certainly do in Sharm.Just a word about the company we booked with, their attention to detail is magnificent, met at the airport seen quickly through immigration, our own minibus to transfer us to the hotel and even on our departure home a rep;to see us right up to checkin.A 6* hotel and a 6* tour operator,Holiday Designers well done and we will always return for further bookings.

The hotel is located only 10 minutes from the airport. The service and the attention of all staff is outstanding. The food is very good and guests can choose from a variety of restaurants. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The gardening of the resort is spectacular with over 2000 palm trees. The hotel offers numerous attractive activities for kids and adults including various sports activities as well as other entertainment. The private beach includes a reef, which offers attractive snorkeling and glass bottom boat tours. The fully equipped PADI Diving center is excellent and most reefs can be reached by boat within 20 minutes. The pools, fitness club and luxurious spa are of the highest standard. Overall this resort is truly outstanding and can be highly recommended, especially for families with children.

Met at the airport by driver and whisked off to resort a short 10 minute drive away. Fast efficient check in and bags in room on arrival by golf buggy. Constant flow of shot glasses with fruit slushies and pieces of fruit. Sunbeds made up immediately and if ever need to move the bed an attendant would appear from nowhere to assist. Sunglasses cleaned and spray water for cool down. Variety of areas to recline, poolside, hillside and beachside with designated quieter areas for over 12s only.
