We arrived here on the 10th june for 2 weeks and have had 2 weeks of relaxing in this hotel,the hotel rooms are lovely and having a proper door instead of patio doors is a plus for me,the barhroom was well equipped with everything you need.
The main resturant food was good but i have to say the service was terrible we were waiting all the time for coffee and drinks but everyone else always seemed to get theres very quick,the pool bar is excelent Azim and sorry i cant remember the other lads name made our holiday there are brill always smilling bringing you drinks cant fault these lads also the food at the pool bar was brill.
The hotel its self has amazing views and beaches the walk into namma bay is lovely at night it only takes 10 mins at the most but there is a shuttle bus from the hotel thats free.
The downsides are the internet as you can only use it in the lobby and then its not great,the service in the main resturant and the tv in room had only 1 english channel.
But overall we had a lovely time here and would defo go back.

I would like to thank Nabil and also Soumaya for making my one year old daughter feel so special, I would also like to thank the hotel staff for keeping a surprise party for my baby's first birthday on 04/06/13. This was my first time in Egypt and I loved it so much I am planning another holiday very soon. Thank you for everything. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all those planning a holiday in Egypt.

Excellent large rooms
Very clean especially bathrooms
The bathroom is luxurious and nice
Service is excellent... There was one problem with one of the waiters and they way they handled it was very professional
Food is excellent with lots of variety and restaurant service is very good
The beach is rocky not for swimming and the hotel is away from down town and neama bay but they have regular shuttles
Very good romantic gateway for couples
