I have just returned from this lovely hotel. It was a our first trip to Sharm and I would most certainly return next year. This hotel well exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and very clean Maged looked after us very well. We stayed in room 1507 which was a basic room with no extras, but it was great. The bell captain looked after us, Mo hanny was friendly and provided us with great service. The food was of a very high standard and we had no upset tummies, this concerned me because I have heard such horror stories of other hotels. But this hotel is spotless. we had the Romantic Meal on the jetty one evning and this was fantastic. the young guy looked after us so well and i well recommed that if you go there you must try it. Also thanks to the pool bar staff whoo look after you so well and kept us refreashed. you will not be disappointed.

Just back from a week at the Xperience Sea Breeze with my husband, and what a week it was. It was our first time in Egypt and to Sharm El Sheikh, we decided to come here due to the hot winter sun. We booked the hotel directly through their own website and booked our flights from Britain with Easyjet. It was so smooth from start to finish.

On arrival at Sharm airport we were met by a per ordered taxi from the hotel, the taxi driver informed us that he had waited two hours for us as our flight was delayed, we were amazed by this because taxis back home would simply have left. On arrival to the hotel, we were greeted by staff and given a complimentary cocktail, our bags where left with staff for onward travel to our room. Check in was extremely fast and efficient, the staff were so helpful and friendly.
We were driven to our room which was a sea-view, the room was spacious, very clean with tv, fridge and bathroom with good wardrobe and clothes space. Our room was cleaned each day and lovely towel designs left by Maged.

Any problems I spoke with Mina who sorted them out immediately and always with a smile.
The hotel had five pools but we only really used the heated one beside the beach with the pool bar. The staff couldn't do enough for us, constantly filling up our drinks, so would like to say thanks to Mohammad.

Food wise the hotel was amazing, the selection was varied and different each night, breakfast was lovely, a great selection cooked in front of you. The staff worked extremely hard, my only complaint would have been the managers attitudes to their waiting staff, the waiting staff worked constantly, tables cleaned nearly before you finished and if a single glass was left the managers would have shouted at their young staff who were only doing their best, A prime example of this was Mohamed who appeared constantly on the staffs backs to lift plates and glasses when they were already doing this.

That really is my only complaint of this amazing hotel. We bought the wifi code for the week at cost of 132 Egyptian pounds for 12 hours of use (about £13) and this lasted me the whole week.

The soft drinks were pepsi co and the beer was local but very tasty. The alcohol was local produce but my husband and I drank the vodka, gin and tonic and red wine. All was perfectly fine.

On coming home I have been left with quite a few mosi bites which at the time of writing this are driving me crazy. Take precautions before going as this is awful.

All in all an amazing holiday and beautiful weather.

We have just returned from this hotel after spending 14 nights from the 11th Feb - 25th Feb. We stayed in room 1721 which is a corner top floor apartment with a sea view and our cleaner Sameh who ensured that our apartment was always clean and went out of his way to add those little touches that help make your stay more pleasant.
Well what can I say about this hotel that has not already been said. We had a great stay and all staff were polite and friendly without exception. This hotel is the first hotel that we have visited where you don't get the impression that you have to tip to get a good service. (Something I have always objected to do) We did tip regularly throughout our stay but this was because we felt the services we received were over and above what we expected.

Moustafa at the beach pool was without doubt the best Pool bar attendant that we have ever encountered he was always polite friendly and amusing. He would go out of his way to ensure you always had your drink even without asking. How he kept this up all day I will never know, we were sad to see him go on his break for a few weeks and he was missed by all. Mohamed took his place but Moustafa was a hard act to follow and he never really matched him for humour hard work and customer service.

A mention should also be made for Hany and Samule who always ensured you had a clean towel and tried their best to ensure you had your favourite sun lounger. However this was a hard task as I was often at the pool reserving our sun loungers before he arrived, although he did try hard to beat me but without success.

I would also like to mention the hard working gardeners that were constantly tending the beautiful gardens and floral displays. They work extremely hard but I feel they never get the credit for the work they do, we did tip them occasionally but I feel this does not happen often enough.
As for the restaurant : The food was outstanding and of good quality and they would always go out of their way to please, as I found out when I commented on the delicious Beef and mushroom pie that i had one evening and following this comment I had it made especially just for me on two further occasions. All the waiters were polite and hard working and always remembered your drinks would often bring them to your table without having to order them.
A special mention must also be made for Anton our friendly bus drive for the two weeks we were there. He would always greet us with a smile and a joke and always appeared just when you needed him.
We would also like to thank Michelle our Guest relations representative who dealt with all queries and questions in a friendly and polite manner.
If I had to really nitpick I would have to comment on the room bath towels which were changed every day however they could be a little rough if you suffered from too much sun but this is only a minor gripe.

Well done Xperience Sea Breeze keep up the good work and we will return soon.

Room Tip: Choose a room in the middle of Block 17 on the upper floor for a good sea view or choose a deluxe room in block 18 for an amasing sea view.

This is our second visit to Egypt and again we received a warm and friendly reception on arrival, our room was beautiful with a breathtaking view of small pools surrounded by well kept gardens. staff ensured we received excellent service every meal time,The chefs menus catered for all nationalities to a very high standard and the wine complemented our meals.
Thank you to all your dedicated staff especially at the first main pool/snack bar area (nearest to reception) who waited on us,including the towel guy, all giving excellent service.
And a special thank you to your photographer, who took some wonderful photos which we will cherish and remind us of the relaxing time we had and who offered help with the aid of his tripod stand which my partner utilised as a walking stick.
We wish the Xperience Sea Breeze team all the success for the future and please say thank you to Michelle at reception, who has a wealth of knowledge that ensures holiday makers make the most of their holiday.

First time in Egypt and went with the girlfriend. We wanted a lazy, do absolutely nothing holiday of lounging by the pool and reading a book in the sun. We got exactly that!
The first few days we had the staff trying to get us snorkeling or going to a different restaurant, but after saying no the once they left us alone for the rest of the week.

We set our alarm for 7am every morning, we were at breakfast for 8am. If you go later be prepared to wait in a queues. We never experienced them at the time we went. There was always a huge selection to choose from at breakfast.
We had lunch from the BBQ and sat on or near the beach. Dinner was varied each week from different countries. We always got seated straight away and didn't have to wait for any food. It was all great, really good food every day all week.

We never struggled to get a lounger. We were early getting out and about and did get busier later on, but we had the pick of sunny spots at any of the pools if we wanted. The pools were never busy either, at most half a dozen people in at one time and no kids screaming around the place. Perfect!

The room was fantastic, really clean and well looked after every morning. We stayed in room 1707, really quiet. Special mention needs to go to SAM who looked after our room and made sure it was always spotless. We had a leak in the shower which left the bathroom in real state every morning, but SAM always got the place perfect. He was always there to give us a smile outside while he was doing his cleaning as well, a nice friendly start to the day!

Also ALI looked after us by the middle pool. He was constantly making us drinks of different varieties so we never went thirsty. He made a relaxing day by the pool even more relaxing because we didn't have to move! Thanks ALI!

Don't be put off by people who say don't have the ice-cubes in your drinks, or don't eat the salad to avoid a dodgy stomach, or any other generic off-putting remarks about staying in Egypt: this hotel and it's staff is so clean and tidy, neither of us had any problems with our health during our stay.

The only downside was the music by the main pool, which was competing for loudness with the hotel next door creating a mashup of bad music at times. Mercifully it was only a few hours a day, but the bad selection of euro-pop dance wasn't the best selection. Gentle relaxing music would be much more suited, if at all; we've got our own iPods to play music if that's what we want.

The best summer lounging do-nothing holiday ever in a glorious hotel with brilliant staff. Don't stay anywhere else!

Room Tip: Go down to breakfast early: anything after 8:30am and the queues are long. We went down on our last day at that time and we're glad we had breakfast at 8am every morning! No queues, quiet. Don't be surprised if the over enthusiastic bus drivers on the transfers try and grab your bags and shake their hands for tips. Say no, they don't do anything! If you don't want to be blown away by the music down by the large pool and beach area, stay away from the speakers. They were far too loud and a real shame to have on.
