Loved the clear waters and coral reefs to swim around. Taking your passport was a drag but well needed as you don't get to go else. Food was nice but some dishes spicy. I liked the spice.
Very tiring after the second session so worth the money

We have reserved a boat tour including lunch. İt is stated it starts at 9 am and ends at 4 pm. we were ready at 8:20 in front of the hotel to be picked up which they picked at 9:00 am with 40 mins delay. Transferred to the local diving agency for registration which lasted around 45 mins. Then again transfer to the pier where we have boarded a boat after 15 mins understood that they put us on a wrong boat then again changed the boat. We have started sailing after 10 am. Everything well afterwards, boat staf were good and helpful, mini open buffet lunch was good enough and delicious. We have finished seamlessly and return around 3 pm.
Ras Mohammed is a National Park under protection. Nothing is special around until you have seen the under water. Coral reefs, sea life, fish are all wonderful. Do not miss! But shop around for boat tour trips with local agencies. We were able to get a tour for EGP 200 (USD 30 or less) per person which is half of that adverised on internet. But realized that you can buy actually for EGP 150 down to EGP 100 possible if you negotiate good. tours are organized by few local companies and agencies actually buy in bulk and sell. so take your time to shop and negotiate before buying anything. Compare prices ask further discounts without hesitating...
