I was recently lucky enough to return to this hotel, having previously stayed at New Year 2013 and I was not disappointed. The hotel has everything you could possibly need and the staff attend to your every need. It is difficult indeed to single out anyone in particular, such is the standard, but please bear with me. We were met at the airport (literally directly off the plane) by "Nash" who was a marvel. He whisked us through security and collected our luggage at such a speed, that we were actually sitting having a drink less than an hour after landing, and that included booking us a table at the restaurant from the car! Just what you need after a flight! The lovely girls Lauren and Anna come around every day to book tables at restaurants of your choice or arrange trips etc. Mahmout at the Pool Bar gets you anything you want all day and Khalid sorts your favoured "beds" out around the pool before you even get there. We were spoilt rotten, and it was a wonderful break. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Quiet, luxurious and relaxed with plenty to do if you want to. We will return in the new year to this lovely hotel and cannot thank the staff enough for making our holiday particularly special. It was marvellous to spend "time-out" at this oasis.

Dear Guests,
Thank you for your wonderful review – it was lovely to have you back. I’m so pleased that you felt ‘spoilt rotten’ because that’s our aim. You won’t have to lift a finger as everything will be done for you.
The pick-up from the airport is complimentary and subject to availability so make sure you let us know your flight details and we will confirm if we can do it (usually no problem).
I do hope you will come back and see us for a little more ‘time out’.
Kind regards,
Royal Savoy Manager

Thank you to the staff who made our recent holiday memorable. Every aspect of this hotel was 5 star plus. The staff in the safari bar and the seafood restaurant were exceptional as were the staff on reception and on the beach. The Italian food was brilliant and the treatments in the spa luxurious. The other hotel we heard was good was the four seasons but it cannot compare in terms of value for money this hotel is fabulous.

we have just stayed at the fabulous royal savoy in sharm we have been there a few times now and while in Egypt wouldn't go anywhere else, when you thought things couldn't get better they just do, all you have to do is get yourself up and put yourself to bed, everything else is done for you,
the room: the beds are so comfy as the pillows omg we was finding it very hard to get out of the bed in the mornings :) when we did we had tea/coffee on the balcony, (all provided of course)

we were very lucky and got upgraded where in the room we had a lovely jacuzzi

the bathroom : a lovely walk in shower, 2 sinks, biday and loo, you have bathrobes, slippers and other things shower gel, shampoo etc

the room gets cleaned every day to a very high standard, towels changed
it also has free wifi and I get better reception there than I do at home

breakfast : we go down for breakfast and all guests are greated with a warm welcome wether you are a repeater or wether you are here for the 1st time ( and there are lots of both )
there is a seletion fruit, toast ,bread, rolls, jams etc cereal, and of course your hot sausage etc you have a private lounge with veranda where you can eat you breakfast or you can eat inside
on the veranda you have the lovey farg who is at the egg station he will do you eggs whatever way you want them done, and he will even ask if you want white or brown eggs, he also does little surprise's, once you are seated the guys will come out with tea, coffee friuit juice or whatever you like even champange if that takes your fancy

the beach: the private beach has been update and now the bar is down on the beach so tranquil beautiful setting

the pools: you have 2 pools, , 1) its very shallow and you can have you lounger in the pool and read away or u can just lounge, the 2nd) is deeper and the 3rd) is down a few steps is on a decking area, all have plenty lounges and all with towels there is also a hot tub, suna, and steam room the warmest pool is the 3rd which is on the decking but whilist we were there the 2nd pool was very nice
now the guys round the pool they will know what you want b4 you do :) they are on the ball with drinks crisps etc... cold flannels and you do need them when the weather is scorching there very welcome lol

the food there are so many places to choose from in the hotel on the beach and in soho sq if you were there for 2 weeks u wouldn't have to eat anywhere twice unless you found a fav which most people do
soho sq is just a few minutes walk away but the guys would they let you walk ? only if you wanted to, but if not there is a driver on hand always to take you for a short ride to soho sq in a golf cart, also you can ring them up and they will always bring you back if that's what you wanted

there is entertament in soho sq and now they have new place called the crystal lounge it is right next door to the queen vic the English pub / steak house they have a singer in there whilist we were there, there was a great guy called shanks he was fantastic (hope he is there when we come back in april) soho sq is very clean very safe and a lovely place to spend the evening the dancing fountains really do draw a crowd but there is lots of other things going on there check out there web site

back to the royal savoy heaven on earth and what makes this hotel if ALL THE FANTASTIC STAFF so many to mention they become like family members in the end they really do make your holiday extra special with all they do for you

thank you all guys miss you already and we have only just come home but we will be back in april and cant wait to see you all again god bless you all xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Finally after 8 years my husband joined my boys and I to see why we love the savoy. He was not disappointed, as always the hotel, rooms and services were second to none and within a day he was talking about coming back. Our welcome was wonderful, Lauren on reception did everything she could to fulfil all our requirements, even finding an earring that I mislaid on a previous visit! Ahmed on the beach kept us permanently topped up with drinks crips and food without ever having to ask, Bishoy in the royal savoy bar were brilliant and our food needs were looked after by the cleaver chef Farag (he does wonderful things with eggs and even provided vegetarian canapés to nibble in the evening) and head chef Raimund had a great tofu menu prepared for us in the Teppanyaki restaurant. Finally I have to mention Keralos and the fabulous Nashaat who drove us wherever we wanted by buggy and was so helpful at the airport we love you!Truly all the staff( so sorry if I've missed anyone) cannot do enough for you. Hani you are right to be very proud of you're hotel. Thank you all for a totally relaxing time.

Room Tip: All the rooms are excellent in the Royal whatever grade you want.

This is a wonderful hotel and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel wasn't full so the pools and beach kept for the Royal Savoy guests were not full so you easily find somewhere to relax for the day. The hotel was clean and our junior suite room was kept clean with little compliment cakes each day and nice flowers in the room. The bed was large and very comfortable.

The staff around the pools and beach would come past and ask if we wanted drinks or give us cold face cloths and even asked if we wanted our sunglasses cleaned!! Food in the hotel restaurants and outside in Soho Square was very good. Although they are extending the hotel the building work didn't interrupt our lazy days by the pool!

Room Tip: Our king bed junior suite was well worth the little extra
