Its a shame that this hotel is going to give Red Sea Hotels a bad reputation, I arrived on Sat night given a room that had a broken toilet, sent Frank Spencer to the room who started on the toilet, then took the panels out in the bathroom, did something and then water was coming through the light fittings. Changed rooms. Our new room has no hot water only in the late afternoon, they seem to be on solar energy as it hottish around 5pm.The restaurants are a joke, warm and cold food, staff that don't care, are rude beyond belief. Its a shame as this place could be a good holiday spot, the views from the rooms are fab. Some staff go the extra mile .Need to change the management first and foremost.

Just had a fantastic time at Savita. Resort is very nice, new general manager making lots of changes to an already good hotel, going back again in 6 weeks so it will be interesting to see what other changes are made. Animation team were great, very friendly and helpful big thanks to Sophie for making our stay even better, had a good night out with the team at the Taj Mahal nightclub.DJ Fares played good music day and night for all groups of people. All staff very welcoming and took great care of your needs to make your stay good. Food very nice, a good choice for all. The red seas rep Abdu always on hand to help and make sure you needed for nothing. Our housekeeper Waleeb was very friendly and helpful, always made us laugh, after days out and going back to the room, there was always a design made from the towels on the beds, from a flower, baby, monkey, crocodile and snake. Keep up the good work guys and cant wait to come back to see you all very soon!!!!!!!

Room Tip: Change your money at the hotel as you get a better exchange rate.

This was our 1st time in Egypt, we booked with Red Sea Holidays, stayed 30th Jan-6 Feb.
Airport arrival was fine I was expecting to be hassled after reading on here, but the Red Sea Rep was there explaining where to meet them for our FREE transfer. The hotel was great, yes the rooms need a bit on TLC but they we're clean & big. Our room was 1836 we had lovely sea & pool view, there is a kettle in the room BUT if you want cups, tea bags etc you have to pay 12euro a week or take your own and borrow some cups. Don't take any towels as these are provided.

The Entertainment the 1st few days was great but a new entertainment guy arrived and he has ruined everything, the entertainment guys are not allowed to wear sunglasses (but he is) and the sun is so strong, all the actitives are on at the same time which is stupid as we liked to join in but could not. The 1st night he took over we went to the show but he spoke Russian so we didn't have a clue what was going on. I found him rude he never spoke once to us and has upset the entertainment team? Oh and they are not allowed to climb over the wall for the morning dance ,but
he does.
All the staff are fab & work really hard. We went to Chinese it was ok but we preffered the Italian & went twice. the food in the buffet was great always something but make sure you go as soon as it is open as it is always fresh & hot.
Soho square was a short walk from the hotel worth a visit.
We didn't do any trips as we only had a week but the Red Sea Rep at the meeting gave a list of trips available but didn't try and force you to book one but we will next time.
Russians what can I say, there are a lot but they seem to hang out around the beach area and the Brits around the pool so it was fine, we meet a few that we're really nice.
A big HELLO to Jackie & Mark was great meeting you both.
Overall the holiday was great I would book with Red Sea holidays again & would stay at the Siva Sharm as it is only going to get better.

Stayed at the Siva in mid January. First time in Egypt so wasn't sure what to expect. However had a fab holiday. Great weather, the staff were really friendly and very helpful. The animation team were great! Joined in with the aqua aerobics a couple of times in the very warm swimming pool. Went out to Pacha which was good fun thanks Sophie :)
Hotel room was big, and cleaned every day. The Chinese restaurant was really good. Go to the buffet soon after it starts serving to get the food while its warm. There are lots of good value day trips with red sea, we had fun quad biking. Soho square is worth a visit and only a short walk away. The hotel seems to be making improvements to some areas which are a little bit tired. Would go back for a good value holiday.

Room Tip: room with sea view was lovely. We were on level 8.

It was not the first time in Egypt, but it was the first time when everything was so close to perfect.
The hotel is just marvelous and the staff is friendly. It was so nice that the area was beautiful; the receptionists were polite and always smiling. It seems, they know everything to make you feel at home. Moreover, it’s great that they know many languages and can help at any time.
Our room was excellent and the food was fabulous!!!
We enjoyed the weather and delightful sights!!!
Thanks for our fantastic rest!
