This hotel is beautiful, amazing position and lovely sea views from the bedrooms. It is very clean and the room boy worked extremely hard to keep everything Spick and span. The reef is fantastic and so many fish. I have been to Egypt many times and this was the best area for snorkelling. The staff are lovely and eager to please. The food is the only thing that let the hotel down. It was invariably cold and not as much choice as in other hotels. I would not go back for that reason alone but would definitely stay in the sharks bay area again.u

Wonderful hotel and staff, food terrible absolutely tasteless no seasoning used in anything, such a shame because it could be a great hotel, wouldn't go back just because of food!, everything else was really good

Room Tip: Had a sea view with balcony, brilliant views.

just return from this hotel on Thursday 5th December, the hotel is quiet at this time of year, and it was lovely to have a choice of areas to sunbath without hassle, the food is very good and there is always lots of choice, even if the main course is not to your liking you can always find something to to your liking. and if you have a problem of a special request the waiters will always sort you something out. the rooms are a little tired, but they were always cleaned every day and they were comfortable there is a sea view from every room with a good size balcony, the staff are all very helpful our waiters captain Sherif Mohamed and Nagah Ahmed were attentive and efficient. we are two senior ladies and felt secure and comfortable,we will be booking to go back next year and would say to anyone who wants a relaxing week with guaranteed sunshine, good food at a good price you wont go far wrong, of course there is always something that were not as good as we liked for instance the animation team leader played head-banging music far too loud for far too long and after we complained he turned it down, but still had not got the balance right, he was obviously playing the music of his choice not the hotel guest choice, and it did effect our holiday to the point that if they had not sorted it out we would not be using the hotel again. any road up, good food, clean rooms, pleasant staff and guarantee sunshine at a very good price, cant wait for our next trip thanks to all the staff for a great week

Been in this hotel before and kept coming back.
Staff are still great ,lovely gardens, great dive/ watersorts centre but there is nowhere comfortable to sit inside and have a drink....you must sit outside in the cold ( yes it is cool at night) and be bitten by insects. There is lovely bar inside where we always sat but you pay for drink there so it is empty. There is no longer paid wifi by pool and you must pay for tea and coffee 12 euros per week .beach parties and special meals are all avaible at a price. SO MUCH FOR NEW NAME AND MANAGEMENT.....ALL NOT INCLUSIVE

The hotel is huge, located in rather deserted area, near construction site but five minutes walk from Soho. It definitely needs renovation. The room and bathroom are big and comfortable, cleaned every day but everything is old and looks scruffy. The wooden wardrobe smells strange. On the other hand the view from the balcony and from the top terrace is astonishing and makes you hold your breath.
The service is nice and friendly only if given few dollars - than you become the best customer, you get drinks faster and nicer served. We came quite late and didn’t receive the supper and we left very early, before the breakfast, and again we did get nothing while other hotels took care of that. Food was generally good, every day something new and everybody could choose something tasty.
The beach is narrow with lots of stones, deckchairs are very old and very used and you have to be very careful when choosing one because sticking out nails may hurt you. The mattresses are also old and used so it’s better to use two. The advantage is that there is always free deckchair, no need to fight for it. The coral reef is still nice and alive with lots of beautiful fish. It’s better to swim a bit right or left from the jetty, where the reef is more colorful and healthy. The ladder to get to the water from the jetty isn’t very comfortable and it’s quite hard to get out from the see.
The swimming pool is very, very nice – big and clean with a nice bar where again barmans have their preferred guests.
The hotel is mostly focused on Russian tourists who are laud, drinking vodka for glasses, wasting food and behaving like kings, which is very exhausting.
We would not get back to that hotel.

Stayed at Savita end November 2013 with wife. First the good points-staff were very friendly & couldn't do enough for you, good location for snorkelling on coral reef, 15 minute walk to Soho square, room was fine with good sea view. Now the bad points - food was terrible, apart from the Chinese restaurant you could use if available, alcohol on all inclusive was poor quality, entertainment was virtually non existent. On the whole considering what we paid, we enjoyed our stay but won't be returning.

I have just got back from a weeks stay at the savita, had a fabulous stay and enjoyed every minute of my stay. The hotel is located near to narma bay, soho square and the places to go in sharm. The hotel is clean and the rooms are fine, clean and the beds are super comfy (compared to the usual hotel beds) food is really good compared to the other hotels i have stayed in Egypt. Most of all, the staff at the hotel are really amazing and go out of their way to help you. I can say all of the staff in the bar(Ahmed, Harem & Simone) in particular made my stay all the better. But the water sports team are a real asset to hotel, they are so fun and work very hard to make sure we had such a good time! And we did thanks to Chris, Ahmed and the rest of the guys, they went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay helping us with everything we needed and Ahmed making our boat trip and tube experience absolutely amazing! Chris was so helpful and would chat each day. They are really great guys and will be coming back thanks to them.
Each member of staff we spoke was excellent and we didn't want to leave! Can't wait to go back, thanks guys!
