“More than a Hotel”

Habiba Village is more than a hotel. Not only is the village located right on a beautiful stretch beach, but the place is run by an inspiring group of people. Apart from the village they run an organic farm in the desert nearby and are actively trying to show the world what this area has to offer. From here you can easily go on tours to the nearby mountains or even learn to ride a camel and survive in the desert. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Habiba village is the best place in Nuweiba, Egypt to stay! They are located in a perfect location right off the Red sea shore across Israel, Jordan and Saudi. The view from the private beach is magnificent and breath taking, Rooms are simple and very clean, all facilities are well maintained, and most of all, they have one of the best food in the region! Habiba lunch buffet with fresh juice is the very good. Stuffs are all friendly and helpful. This place is very calm and comfortable that you never want to leave...!!

Okay, now picture yourself; settled on the dog-shelf (floor), carpets under, cushions supporting as you lean on a palm tree trunk - your favourite drink on the table beside you (mine is the freshly prepared lemon juice, just the way I like it), your book is rivetting and you feel a million miles away, gently the waves of the sea crashing on the shore (no where on this coastline did I find such a consist sound as here) bring you back to reality, you look up and find a camel 'parked' under Habiba Camp's sign, a couple of Bedouin ladies cackling over their wares - home made handicrafts and a buzz of people enjoying their lunch and brief visit while out on an excursion. "How do you want your fresh fish cooked," asks Mina, the gentle waiter "And with what shall we serve it?" he adds.

Now I am not sure which part is the book and which part is reality anymore - Habiba is perfect

I've spent many a happy day just relaxing at Habiba, it is set on a beautiful beach with some good snorkelling not far from the shore.
The owner Maged is always on hand to give any help he can and trips can be arranged through him or Samer, including airport transfers at very reasonable prices.
Moustaffa makes the most fantastic fresh juices and will do his best to arrange any food you wish.
See you all again on my next visit

This is a great place to stay to find peace. You can enjoy your own personal beach on which the hotel sits, or you can roam off to find more beautiful, deserted stretches of sand. The mountains are nearby, and the owner can organise trips into their depths. One of the highlights of my time in Egypt was a trip organised by Habiba to climb Mount Sinai in the night in time to watch the sunrise from the top. Absolutely incredible! Thank you Habiba for such a memorable experience, as well as providing such a calming and inspiring place to stay.
