I was staying over with my wife and little girl (10 months old) initially at the Sand Beach hotel, of which we moved (at our own cost) to the Mina Mark. Both of these hotels have the same rating, how I am unsure.
The Mina Mark was clean, friendly and for the cost, a pretty amazing place to stay.. For less than £50 per night my wife, daughter and I were able to stay in a clean hotel (cleaned every day), 3 full meals a day with unlimited soft drinks and alchohol.
Anyone who has the mentality to challenge this should look at how much it would cost them to eat out for an evening and stay in a hotel for the night (exc breakfast and lunch). Breakfast has an omelette bar (cooked fresh to order) fresh pancakes amongst a host of other items.
Staff are fantastic, Michael and Hany are great guys to speak with and Sameh (A2B) is hand on hand the best tour guide in Hurghada. Value for money and a genuine guy Sameh is a little gem! I have his mobile if you want to cut the crap and hastle out of booking an excursion... Mamya Island is a must... :)
The only downside to the Mina Mark, their entrance doesnt cater for disabled visitors or push chairs, besides this... A great place to stay. Thank you.More
