I stayed in 2011 I come back every vacation , here we can find silence and loudness ,sandy beach with really pure water without corals or plants in the sea .
The hotel is very luxurious at the same time the price is the same as normal hotels ,
We can find a very professional staff like the animation team tje pianist in the lobby ..,,?? Etc
The overall : I didn't find all what I need in my relaxing vacation exept here .
According to my job , I travelled to about 25 country but belive me here is different , it's safe it's friendly it's perfect

I have stayed at the Palm Royale in Hurghada in the first two weeks of August, and just only now find the time to write a belated review about this property.
I do not write reviews often, but thought I owe it to the ever trying and mostly succeeding employees for their effort to make the most of your vacation.
Yes, it is all is true what is written in many previous reviews, in regards to the lobby, the welcoming front office check in, and being escorted to the room by the lovely guest relations officers.
The line managers in charge of the restaurants and bars are very friendly and accommodating, any wish they can full fill, will be done on the spot.
Mohamed at the cafe Stella is a classic, never misses a beat and a well meant greeting is always on his lips.Ahmed in the Greek, favorite expression is welcome anytime and he meant it.
Chef Kassem at the Lebanese restaurant, always takes the time to ask your feedback on the meal, which of course was excellent.
Il Portico, what a find serves freshly in house pasta, and there is nothing better to have for your dinner.
Asian restaurant, the Thai dishes are so good, you would want to have them every day, found out they have a original Thai and Indian chef available, Sassa and Khabir are those ticklers of your spicy taste buds, but if your are not a hot chili fan, a less formidable dish can be prepared.
The rooms were comfortable, well cleaned, but nothing beat our view , the sunset and the beer going with it watching.
I can't wait going back to this oasis of relaxation and Cristal blue sea, do to just that relax...

Thank you Palm Royale

Our impressions about this hotel can be describe by the word. At first we have a wonderful holiday and our honeymoon was more then we expect. We were very satisfied whit hotel as a building , whit our room with sea view (which is some kind a gift for our honeymoon from management). The room was very clean and comfortable. Specially we want to commend staff in this hotel. Everyone is smiling all the time, everyone is helpful and very very friendly. It refers to the staff from beach bar such as Evelyn (Azur Bar) and Beshoy Abdel Malak (Nemo bar) and Michael Dekry (pool bar) then grates staff were Shenoda Gerges from Atrium Bar at the Lobby (makes a wonderful coffee), Malak Farag and Adel Kamal from Johnny's Bar.The food was delicious and never lacked. All a la carte restaurant were good , but we were dining in the caffe Stela most the times because of big choice and friendly staff there like Farag Osman and Pankaj Thakur. For us, very cute was the cook Ali Muhamed , who was in charge for cookies.
Finally, we would like to mention that this hotel has everything you need for a perfect holiday and for enjoying with complete privacy. We are sure that we will come back there next year ( 100 %) .

Pozdrav iz Srbije :))

Really enjoyed my 10day holiday at palm royale from start to finish. Staff are all very helpful, rooms are immaculate, as is rest of hotel. Omar the pool man is very helpful and does a great job at keeping the pool clean. Lots of excursions at affordable prices which is great...loved 'shop&rock' and 'quad biking'. Beach and views from hotel are amazing. Lots of food...we tried all the restaurants and loved them all, Especially the Lebonese and cafe stella. Truly is a perfect hotel. Couldn't fault it :) Would recommend to anyone..families, couples etc. I would definitely return back here in the future. Loved it!

The hotel from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave is fantastic. The location is fantastic with views across the bay.Staff are also faultless with the exception of 2 chefs which i will get to later a special mention must go to Mahmood who could not do enough for us
this hotel was booked after reading reviews regarding dietary needs as my daughter has food allergies despite meeting with the chefs and walking around with a piece of paper stating my daughters allergies 2 chefs informed her of a certain food which was free of these allergies but unfortunatly was not which left her in bed for the final three days of her holiday
Please do not let this put you of from holidaying at this wonderful resort but just be aware if you have food intolerances

We stayed at the Palm Royale Soma Bay for two weeks after being recommended by a Egyptian Tour Rep. We were not disappointed from the minute we arrived. The reception area and staff were very welcoming even though we arrived late at night. Although we arrived late there were rolls, cheese and hams in our room waiting for us as the buffet restaurant had closed for the evening. The buffet restaurant Cafe Stella was very good, they had a varied menu across the whole two weeks. The staff in this restaurant were attentive, admittedly the hotel was no where near full, but the staff were very helpful. The speciality restaurants were excellent, the Lebanese being my favourite and the Italian my husbands. The Asian restaurant was very good but there were alot of chargeable items on the menu. The Greek restaurant was also very good but again had a few chargeable items. The food we had in all restaurants was excellent and could not fault. The pool area was kept very clean and tidy by Omar, fantastic member of staff, always willing to help and to have your towels ready and waiting for you. The Azure Pool Bar was great, in particular one staff member who looked after us for the two weeks, Mena Moner was always brilliant, and always greeted you with a happy smiling face. The food at this bar at lunchtime was very good, they have a great chef at lunchtime, who also cooks the eggs in a morning at breakfast. The evening entertainment was unfortunately a little out of the way so we spent our evenings in Johnny's Bar. We had three great members of staff in this bar, Abdel Azim Youssef - Bar Manager, Adel Kamal and Malak Farag. Malak was on vacation for most of our holiday but these three always went above and beyond their job role to help and give you whatever you required. These three also gave us arabic lessons most evenings! We would like to thank all the above staff members for everything they did, and the hotel are very fortunate to have them. Unfortunately for the hotel it was down on occupancy while we there, this obviously was to our advantage, but nothing can detract from the fact that this is a brilliant hotel with everything going for it. We did pay for a sea view and we not disappointed, we had spectacular views of the marina and round the bay. Thomas Cook guests also get the choice of three spa treatments, I had the reflexology session, the anti-stress massage and also the quick refreshing facial. If you have never experienced any of these it is well worth trying them, they are about 25 minutes long but just give you an idea of they are like. Thomas Cook guests also get the choice of three sports or leisure activities, unfortunately we chose not to try any. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and hope to return in the not too distant future.

Room Tip: Pay for a sea view, it is well worth it!

It's very difficult to put in words just how good this hotel is. We have visited many 5* hotels around the world but staff and service in particular were the best we have come across anywhere. The rooms are always cleaned to a high standard and always a smile on the face of the staff. The management were all excellent and made you feel very welcome. It's refreshing to see management mingle with the holidaymakers every day with no airs and graces like many other 5* hotels. In particular Mr Manolis (assistant manager), Shereef (restaurant manager) and Walid (front desk manager) were readily available to answer any questions or deal with any special requests such as late check out (subject to availability) etc etc. The pool area and all communal areas were immaculate and the entertainment team did their level best to keep everyone occupied whilst not being pushy if you just wanted to laze around rather then join in with a particular activity. One point to note is that if you are coming from the UK I would advise using Thomas Cook as they have a preferential deal with the hotel meaning alcoholic drinks are also included as well as a choice of 3 treatments and 3 beach activities. This is not extended to customers booking all inclusive via another means. This was raised with the hotel who assure me they will be looking into extending the same all inclusive deal regardless of who you book with. To be honest this is a minor issue as the stay was excellent and the hotel is definitely worth its 5* rating unlike so many others. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL and look forward to returning next year.
