the open buffet was terrible and the food quality was really bad and the rooms was too far from the restaurants and too far from the beach and the golf car was not availaible it was really a disappoiment

It was very special time in very special place we spent it . Every one from the staff doing his best to make us happy
My kids love the place they ask me to come back again

I had reason for a quick business trip to Hurghada. This is a very large resort that somehow manages to feel like a much smaller hotel.

That is due to the amazing staff who are masters of hospitality. Everything they do is from the heart and genuine.

this hotel is so good in areas and pools and kids services and animation but my main issue is the restaurant, quality, taste and how much they serve the food.
and my second problem is that this whole hotel with all this spaces has stairs only without any ramps for babies strollers or handicapped.

The hotel has a beautiful garden, swimming pool. Friendly, nice staff. At the reception, if we had some problems, they decided it very quickly))) The furniture is a little old in the room, but the cleaner Sameh did everything so that we did not see it, he cleaned very well, changed towels, bed linens every day and made figures from towel))) Delicious food, but the glasses were washed badly. Once day we ordered white wine, the waitress brought white wine in the duty glasses from under red wine. Good sea, good for families with children, small entrance to the sea. But on the beach people smoked everywhere, and this was a problem for us, because we had 2 options, or go into a room or breathe smoke ((
