We stayed fortunately only one day before and one day after our Red See cruise in this hotel and were very disappointed. What a contrast to the luxury cruise we made!
The first impression when you come in the reception is not bad. The staff is very friendly and the little beach is ok. The room was clean but very poor. Damaged curtains and a very noisy ( empty!) mini bar. In the bathroom we found only a little piece of soap. We asked the reception for shower lotion en shampoo and a bottle of water but that was not available. We had to get it from the supermarket! Because we had a rather expensive package deal with our cruise we didn’t know what the price for this hotel was. We heard people paid only € 400 including flight from Germany and all inclusive for 14 days! In that case one cannot complain much. At breakfast we got frozen bread and there was hardly any difference between coffee and thee. The buffet dinner was reasonable. The drinks however were very very bad. One could get only a couple of hard liquors. Probably home made? Cocktails or liqueur were unknown. The red wine had a very peculiar taste and the white wine we us in the salad at home. Even Cola light was not available. Only some strange tasting so called cola from a machine. All the drinks including beer were served in tiny glasses. We were sorry for the people who had to stay here for a longer time.

Hotel have exelent beach with a lot reefs for snorkling. Food is so, so a lot of Egypt spices i didnt like, but you can find alwajs something. Staff is exlcellent best part of hotel, rooms are clean , advice ask for room with seaview . Advice if you go to city ask man who sale suvenir near entrance reception he will drive you cheap and very funy

Decided to stay in this hotel for the first 4 nights of my summer holiday, i was attracted by the tour operator feedback giving the hotel 8/10 as overall rating.

However here is my rate in details

1- For Children (0/10)
For those who travel with children , i highly recommend to choose another hotel for the following reasons:
No baby-cot is available
No baby chair in the restaurants
Very laud music until 22:00
No children play grounds
No entertainment for the children

2- Room (8/10)
Rooms are mid size, LCD tv, good and clean bathrooms, sea view,safe, and little balcony

3- Food&Drinks (2/10)
The food is very very Bad, we first booked HB then we decided to always eat in restaurants due to the poor quality of food and drinks.
Food is always the same, no clean fruit, rice and past not done, meat taste like it has been stored for ages.

4- Beach (3/10)
You must walk on corals and stones for -/+ 300 M in order to arrive to an area where you can swim, however this is known for most of the hotels on the red sea, but most of them build a bridge to allow access to swimable area. (I highly recomend to buy some beach shoes or visit a public beach in Center of Hurghada called "Old Vic" with a cost of 30 L.E = 4 € per person

5- swimming pool (5/10)
small swimming pool (not always clean) the children area is not safe as children can eaisly jump to unsafe deep part of the pool

6- Staff (6/10)
As usual in Egypt, staff are always friendly. however it's very obvious that they are not trained for job as service quality was very poor

7- Sleep quality (4/10)
Very noisy night activity till 22:00, very laud speakers with laud music during the day as from 11 am.
