Read the reviews of people who have a history of travel! A lot of local people who take food with their hands and put back into general plate. The hotel staff does not make observation. The constant noise at night from the children running around the corridors. From 00 to 3 nights. Staff also ignores the behavior of children.
Queues for food. Grill for dinner only and was difficult to eat hard food in the evening. The hotel staff tries to pay attention for breakfast, lunch and dinner only people aged around 55-70 years. Relying on a tip. The quality of service is low - slow, not friendly, familiarity. Europeans despite the poor service and slow service, poor quality of products (eg tea, brewed several times or tasteless coffee) pay tips. The whole system of ripping off tips approved by hotel management. Including general manager of the restaurant and the main hotel manager. Waiters do not expect their salary. Because the system is built on the tip. The staff is very friendly for the money. Good game. Which encourages Europeans.
On the first day of arrival, there was no toilet paper. In the future, for all the simple things I had to call the reception. Shower gel, etc. Guest relations. Useless young girls. If you are single man and need to have a good time and to talk to somebody you are welcome to them. They do not know and do not perform their duties. We had to repeatedly ask for simple things such as the filling of the bar, which must be made 1 time per week without your request. For staying 3 weeks, was necessary to remind them 3 times.
Sports equipment is old. Only after the comments on this, something new was bought (darts). A volleyball court was rarely watered, so we had to burn our feet. The ball was issued only for 30 minutes and immediately called back. Boring entertainment program for both children and adults. Animators hide almost all the day - they can be found only 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. They also make remarks to the guests. Animators are not able to interest travelers to participate in games and activities. Volleyball was a couple of times in 3 weeks, several times darts and bocce, 1 time belly dancing!
The beach. This is very bad entrance to the sea - a pier with a ladder near always where people . Especially the local population. Sunbeds are hard.
The food is very poor. Look for the new photos. Shrimps 1 time for 3 weeks. They were given only a little with huge queues and restrictions. The à la carte food is delicious. The Italian restaurant had excellent service at all times. Only at lunch were constant queues for pizza. The oven does not work. The Mexican restaurant service is terrible. Waiters confused orders. Bring always not what you ordered. Forget to bring refreshments.
In main and ball restaurant before you gave them a tip you do not get the attention and service at all. Restaurant Guide suggested always sit at the same table so you do not be forgotten by the waiters. Such an understanding of the VIP service.
The hotel is new and it is probably an advantage. Everything else is low. After treatment of complaints and a personal meeting with the hotel manager and his promise to settle all, nothing has changed for the better. A few days later the service became terrible as before. Policy with ripping of tips approved from the top.
We had to change the hotel because we expected to be here for 1 month. Hoping to receive a standard service at a hotel where it perfected over the years.

Room Tip: Choose a good room not near local people.

We are currently there. We've been in the same hotel in 2014. Everything just dramatically dropped.
1- They charged us for the whole stay upon check-in, which was not mentioned while doing the reservation. So we are kind of stuck there.
2- The hotel is in extreme mess, food remnants stuck on (clean) plates in the restaurants, on chairs and on floors.
3- Staff we dealt with, especially supervisors (in opposite to 2014) is extremely rude and not welcoming. We had an argument with a staff member in the restaurant, at the moment I saw someone making inappropriate hand gesture to his colleague (means crazy people) since then he turns away when we he sees us!!!
4- This is our third day in the hotel. We are four persons, 2 adults and 2 children, who are supposed to use one bottle of bathroom supplies (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) as since our check-in, no refill was made despite the presence of empty bottles on the shelves!!
5- The food is overcooked with very poor quality.

it was great time and funny days was so beautiful view and so amazing food very tasty and delcious .. activity was so good and great every day . animation team was very very active and made my vacation thanks guys.

Amazing hotel with nice stuff ana good view good animation team good leaders good pool good sea good steag and good show from animation team and we will hope to come back to this hotel and I will so happy from all people here God with u guys

Amazing stuff, hotel food is very good the view of rooms is good and the sea have a most lovely view and water and finaly the animation is so good each one of them are very comfortable with connection with the guest and that made it so kindly team and hotel
