We spent a week at PLR in June and met many guests who like us were returning customers. We found that standards of guest care were still high. No matter what you wanted staff and management were there to help. There were a few reviews before we went that sunbeds had to be reserved early. When we were there some sunbeds were empty all day.

This is not a hotel to go to if you want lots of entertainment. What there is is very low key and suits us. Kieran who is probably the best singer we have seen at PLR does a few sessions in the pool bar at 4.00 and then there is usually some music around the pool bar in the evening. Biddy the events manager kept us entertained on gala night, Again she had a good voice.

Most of the bar and restaurant staff remembered us from previous visits and you only had to order a drink once and they would remember.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and all the staff work hard to make your stay memorable. There were a few power cuts whilst we were there but it only took moments for the hotel generator to give us light, We also found a area where the aircon worked as well and they didn't last long so didn't interfere with our enjoyment of the evening.

There is an impressive amount of management oversight. Mr Fouquet misses nothing. He even noticed my husband was feeling unwell one day (nothing to do with the holiday) and made sure that there was nothing he needed.

We are booked again for September.

picked this hotel based on the good reviews on trip advisor and the reviews lived up to expectations. We wanted a lazy holiday with plenty of sun after 5 years of poor English summers From walking into this hotel we were made to feel welcome and important. Met by the manager and his senior staff, Thomsons staff, given a cold towel, drink and a warm welcome. Our room was on the first floor with a partial sea view. The room had a super king bed which was very comfortable, fully carpeted, settee, flat screen TV and dressing table area. The bathroom was large with bath large shower mirrored sink area and toilet and bidet. There was a separate walk in wardrobe with wall safe. The room was kept extremely clean throughout the holiday. Pool area. lots of sunbeds and staff bringing drinks even cleaning your sunglasses if you want. Loved the salt water pool. Restaurant. gents must wear trousers at evening meal Thomsons did not state this and we only found out by reading reviews. Massive choice of high quality food. loved the breads. veggie choice if you want. seating is well spaced so it makes it feel like you are out for a meal in a nice restaurant. used the Chinese and Italian restaurants and had one of the best pasta dishes i have had. ambiance and staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly . Night time entertainment was Thomsons staff Biddy and Kieron who put themselves out every time to entertain. night time for us was a lovely meal couples of glasses of wine walk to the pool area have a few more drinks and chill out to Biddy and Kieron. This was perfect for us as it was what we were looking for. Leaving day which is usually a waste of a day was the best i have had. we had a walk along the beach a few drinks changed and left our room by 12.00 and sat in the comfortable lobby. the manager spoke to everyone who was leaving and genuinely was interested that guests had enjoyed their stay.had lunch. Thomsons staff put on light live music to keep everyone entertained as we waited for the bus to take us the airport. all things considered this was a great stay at a very high quality hotel with friendly staff who have a goal of ensuring guests have a great time. In our opinion mission accomplished. down sides. this hotel is in the middle of an undeveloped area with little outside the hotel and the entertainment is limited. if you want what we wanted from a holiday it will suit you if you want lots to do and a lively nightlife go elsewhere.

We went on holidays in Egypt for the 2nd time. My brother was in Premier Le Reve for the first time last year and he said how great this hotel was. At first i didn't believe him, but then i started to think that it would be great if we would go to this hotel. I saw some pictures of this hotel and i thought that pictures lie, but we despite reserved our holidays in Premier Le Reve. Once we got into the hotel i thought it was a dream. It was so peacefull that i really thought that i was dreaming. Everybody was very nice and friendly. The service was top class. It is really hard to describe the hotel, which is I think the best in whole Egypt. I travel a lot, but i haven't seen a hotel, that is that good like Premier Le Reve. In one word AMAZING. The food tastes absolutely awesome and it is delicious. The hotel is really worth of every euro you pay for this. The beach is absolutely beautiful and clean, you have room as much as you like. The rooms are so big that you can get lost in it. PREMIER LE REVE - IN ONE WORD AMAZING!
