I used the limousine service to/from Hurghada Airport from/to the Hotel.
The overall experience was amazing, the drivers was very professional and were there on time.

I travelled for three weeks to Egypt, and went on trips with many different guides and drivers. I can honestly say Alaa was the best, nothing was too much trouble and I felt totally safe and comfortable in his car, which was always immaculate with bottles of water and juice on hand, which was lovely but totally unexpected. I was given details of all the costs for my tour to Luxor and there was no hidden extras.
Alaa and my tour guide Hassan took really good care of me and gave me such a fantastic day. Hassan's vast knowledge of Egyptology and his obvious love of history and of his culture, gave me an experience I will never forget. I bombarded him with so many questions, and he answered every one sometimes in great detail!
Valley of the Kings was incredible, the detailing and colours of the drawings on the walls of the tombs and especially if you have a guide like Hassan to explain the story behind them. I had the opportunity to go inside 3 tombs, all were incredible. Karnak Temple is just amazing with its tall column's and engraving, thank you Alaa for taking the pictures for me! Hatshepsut was different to the other Temples, and Hassan explained the fascinating history behind it, the location is amazing and I could even see Karnak Temple in the distance. Alaa also organised a boat trip on the Nile to Banana Island, where we had lunch, I was so grateful they both joined me at the table to eat with me, rather than be left alone. I don't normally travel alone, so it was so nice to spend time with people who were so kind, honest and open, and who I felt totally safe with. I only have great words to say about this Company, go to Luxor with them, you will not be sorry! I'm planning to go back and I will definitely be booking with them again.
