This restaurant has got to have the best location out of all the restaurants in El Gouna - on a terrace overlooking the sea. It is above the dive centre at the Movenpick Hotel, and is very romantic at night.
There were 6 of us (4 adults and 2 children). We have eaten in the evening here on previous visits to El Gouna, but this time just had a couple of lunches. We were very extravagant on one occasion and had fresh red sea prawns (huge) which cost 65LE per 100g. We had twelve of them, which were absolutely delicious, along with a selection of starters, fries and mini burgers for the children. With 8 bottles of beer, the bill came to 900 LE - definitely extravagant for lunch but hey we were on holiday!!
There are quite a few options for light bites for lunch, and it's nice to be able to drink out of a glass (some of the other places for lunch in the Movenpick are near swimming pools, so understandably the drinking vessels are all plastic). I would definitely recommend the tempura prawns - yum!!
