We stayed here in may for the 10th time. Every time we come here it feels like home. If you have a problem go the reception and they will do there best to help. Service is good. Food is good. It's best place in Egypt. We will be back in march.

We arrived to Rihanna Inn on October 4, 2013. The reception clerks were very friendly and we had a quick check in. We were travelling as a group so we reserved 3 rooms. The rooms are average; they are clean and tidy but not so fancy. But it was a very good value for the price paid!

The beds looked like those iron beds you see in camps and the mattresses were hard and not very comfortable, but on our check-out day they told us that they have softer ones and all what we needed to do was ask. So, if you ever faced the same problem ask them for a replacement.

There was a huge variety of food, with a different cuisine every day... but the taste and quality were average most of days. The desserts were good though!

There was one major problem which is sleeping at night,, the windows were like not fixed properly or something, so they at night when the winds start they used to move and make this cracky sound... and the wind whistled through them like a horror movie giving us all nightmares (no kidding, in the first night me, my husband and one of our friends had scary dreams!)

The location is AMAZING, 3 minutes walk from the downtown, and you can easily take the shuttle bus from the hotel's door to Abo-Tig Marina.

There was another problem which is that after showering, the water leaked out of the bathroom to the entrance because the inclination of the floor was towards the room!

The swimming pools were nice and clean, and the hotel has a private beach overlooking the lake too.

We enjoyed our stay there, and it was a nice hotel for the little money we paid but I am not sure whether I will go back or not because of the little details I mentioned. I guess I will go for a higher hotel next time to ensure a good sleep quality and nicer meals!! (You can check the photos I took added below!)

We spent a week here in July 2013. Room was very nice and well cleaned every day. It took some time to learn to set the air conditioning right for the nights. Before that it was too hot or too cold. During the night time it can be hard to get hot water for a shower because they heat the water with the sun mostly. The food at the hotel was okay! Especially because it's all-incl. If you stayed longer than a week it could get a little boring I guess. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Even if you don't have tip for them. We have nothing bad to say about any employee we met in Rihana Inn. We learned a lot about the local culture/living by talking to our bartender at the pool bar.The spa was also great. A bit expensive.. but still a lot cheaper than back home. The staff was very professional. We really enjoyed the daily team sports at the pools and other activities arranged by the hotels animation team. They are a lot of fun and they WILL put up some great time for you. I promise!

Rihana Inn has the perfect location! Near the sea, between the Downtown and the Marina. Everything within a 10-minute walk. You can also choose from very different trips in El Gouna or other areas. We went to a desert safari and did diving in the Red Sea. Both trips were awesome and not too expensive. I will return to Rihana Inn and fully recommend the hotel and El Gouna for everyone willing to have a good time or just looking for a total relaxation.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the dessert/the micro cart arena don't have such a nice view. Ask for a room facing...

we stayed 5 days in this hotel.
we picked it mainly coz they have a beach next to the kite beach area. there is a daily shuttle there which is extremely convenient. Moreover, the all inclusice covers the beach restaurant which is a plus. We spend the day kiting and you don't want to go back to your hotel to eat so the hotel beach restaurant conveniently located on the kite surfing beach was very convenient.
Rooms are ok.
It is not super clean .
Toilets rather small and bit run down.
Food across the hotel was not bad at all. actually it was good and they use to offer ice cream and snacks at tea time . alcohol drinks are also all included!

Room Tip: if you want to sleep take a room not facing the children theater area coz they do parties there some...

We spent a week here in july, 2012. It was a beautiful, the staff was helpful, the food was really good, and plentiful. And the lagoons... fascinating. The rooms was quite big, and clean. The air condition was a bit noisy, but i think this is something that you can live with when you are in such a nice environment. The pools are big and also clean but sometimes crowdy. You can find bars, restaurants and even shops. However if you want to go shopping, go to the "city center", it is about 300m from the hotel, and much cheaper. The Peanut Bar in the hotel was always the end of the night with some cocktails...
There are some really nice trips, you can go to Mahmya, which is gorgeous. Also you have to try the the thematic dinner-parties.
So if you want to go to Egypt to have some rest, i think El Gouna is the place. No littering, nice lagoons everywhere, and everyone is kind (especially the surf instructor).

We stayed in this hotel from the 16th of august until the 25th.
The room was okay, clean. But the air conditioning couldn't beat the heat.
We had a problem with the fact that the hotel was an all-inclusive
but still charge customers for drinks and snacks out of the minibar.
The food during our staying was poor, and the restaurant was crowded, loud, and dirty.
Although it was all inclusive, we went out eating for dinner a lot.

About the excursions, we did a lot of them, but we didn't book them in the hotel.
If you walk to "down town" there's a little shop where you can book a lot of excursions.
They are less expensive than the ones you can book at the hotel.
They come to pick you up at the entrance of your hotel and bring you afterwards.

If this hotel has Belgian owners, I'm still a little embarrassed to be Belgian.
Luckily the weather was great.
