Absolutely beautiful. You can kayak for 10 bucks a person. There is a bathroom there, but no food! Make sure to bring some.

30 bucks round-trip in taxi from Puerto Ayora.

We came a little late in the day when we first arrived to Santa Cruz, so we didn't see much in the way of wildlife, the flamingoes where not there and hardly any seals, but many large pelicans, and some iguanas. The beach itself though is a wonderful spot and well worth the trip out there.

We were not impressed with any of the food we had on the Galapagos until we found this place. Better prices, much better food....especially the coconut fish and the herb fish. Tasty! Great service as well.

Not very long beach, full of lava stones; be careful not to kick one. The cars reach a pont and one has to walk a bit to reach the beautiful beach.

We visited El Garrapatero beach as part of our tour with Red Mangrove and loved this place. It's so quiet and secluded it just fills you with a sense of peace. Beautiful white sand beach with areas of volcano rocks. Got to see many birds and marine iguanas.
