“Stunning beach!!!”

White sandy beach, clear blue water, iguanas sun bathing. So nice and clean! We spent a whole day here and didn't get bored :)

“Like the Caribbean”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 26, 2014

I have a place in Turks & Caicos Island and this beach is the closest thing to Grace Bay Beach! Beautiful, blue, clean water (pretty warm) with Marine Iguana's frolicking in the water.

“Galapagos - a must for traveler's to experience”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 25, 2014

Some say that the Galapagos Islands are overrated...boy are they wrong. There is an immense amount of sightseeing to do, but what really is amazing is the pristine wildlife and eco-system. You get to experience the raw beauty of nature and observe how these diverse species of animals interact in this fragile environment. We were able to witness two massive male iguanas fighting - they were going at it about 8 feet away from us! Truly an incredible spectacle to witness firsthand. Aside from that it's important to go on the walking tours through the different islands and soak in the atmosphere.

Snorkeling with seals was a great time as well, they're very friendly. Remember to always pick up after yourself do not leave trash behind and ruin this delicate eco system!

“Wear Shoes not flip flops if Walking =-.)”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 24, 2014

My Flip Flops broke on the way and I burned the bottoms of my feet off. Wear Shoes! lol Stupid Havianas. The Beach side is beautiful and you can swim with the lizards. The Bay side was a lil too lake-like for me. I'm not about the green water..

“great workout, beautiful beach and lagoon. lots of wildlife to observe.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 23, 2014

its at least a two mile walk to the beach-so, at least 4 miles round round trip. after our first visit, i came to really enjoy and looked forward to this walk. the beach is beautiful. great for swimming. saw a number of surfers. turtle breeding grounds are in the dunes-stay off! many iguanas located between the beach and lagoon. kayaking available on lagoon side where there is an abundance of white fin shark, sea turtles, rays, and more. a variety of birds were seen as well. snorkeling is available too but bring that equipment with you. with such a long walk bring plenty of water, snacks, and sunscreen. the only restrooms are at the entrance of the park-where the two mile walk in begins. you register at the entrance but there is no fee. there is a park ranger available on the beach or near the lagoon if you needed assistance. we saw her a few times and she was very pleasant. she clears the area just before sunset- that's the only drawback; no time on the beach at sunset. For the kayaking, one must walk to the far end of the lagoon to find the proprietor, he is among the mangroves bushes so don't fret if you don't see him at first.
