It was a long, dry, hot walk but well worth it. The walk takes about 20-25 minutes from the Dock past the salt lake and is quite an adventure due to the large lava boulders that you have to jump around and on. The view at the end is worth the trek with the clear water and huge boulders. Please take the advise of not wearing flip flops and bring plenty of water!

I took a water taxi and hiked over there. Bring good shoes. I would never wear flip flops on that terrain. Lots of cliff jumping, snorkeling and great people watching. Small little sitting area so gives you a chance to meet other travelers.

I enjoyed the walk and getting to Las Grietas was interesting. FYI - The water is really cold. You only need 2-3 hours for the trek and swimming.

It is a difficult walk, especially carrying a SLR camera hanging around your neck. But at the end is a great view and cool swimming waters.

Nothing great other than the exercise

Very difficult to get to.....very physically demanding and exhausting. Lots of garbage littered the paths....and Las Grietas is NOTHING special whatsoever. A waste of an afternoon.
