Very good restaurant, inexpensive and with a handful of tasty options for vegetarians. Try "patacones con queso" and the tortillas with guacamole and refried beans. Friendly staff!

“Okay, but very pricey!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 3, 2014

Very pricey, wasn't super impressed with the food or the quantity. I got the Garlic Shrimp. It was fine, but for a $20 meal (including a normal drink and all the taxes that are added in later), I had expected a little more. No special atmosphere or spectacular service. I enjoyed my $6 meal in another part of town much more for less than a third of the price and at least twice as much food. But it was our first day and we didn't know any better until the locals showed us where they normally eat.

“The Tradition Lives On! Safe place to eat too!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 2, 2014

We were told it was an original and good. Hesitated going but found our way. Loved the food, drinks, location and wait staff. We had lunch and dinner a couple of times. Great place to people watch too!

“Great Service - very friendly staff”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 1, 2014

They speak about as much English as I speak Spanish - no worries though - we worked through it just fine! They are really friendly. This was a great stop for a quick snack and a beer as we were shopping on the main drag. Cold reasonably priced beers and garlic bread for $1.80! It is right on the street - outside - and with enough fans to move the air around. A great place to people watch on the main street.

“Good option for vegetarians, great service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 28, 2014

We had a late dinner here after wandering around looking for something vegetarian-friendly and hit the jackpot! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The prices are also very reasonable compared to surrounding restaurants.
