We booked for a group of 12 at 7pm but only thanks to a local being there that could speak English and translate for us!
The menus do include English versions but our ordered drinks (beer, red wine and two piña coladas took around 20mins before they turned up - piña coladas first)!
They did seem to have an issue of being short staffed and the person serving drinks was on their first night, but the lack of English speaking staff made things difficult... Fortunately a customer there (a local who catches fish for them) helped translate but I think we disrupted his evening a lot by doing that!
Still, the food was excellent! We mostly had seafood as recommended by them, tuna and wahoo were the fresh fish and what looked to be spanish lobster. The cerviche was also good!
Wine is just a choice of white or red and expensive at $35 USD but good quality... the piña coladas were great and the rum and coke was very generous on the rum.
All in all a good night with great food but not enough staff and the lack of English (and our lack of Spanish) speaking people made it slow and a bit frustrating. Still would recommend as the 2nd best place to have dinner in San Cristobel.
