We ate here almost every night in the three weeks we spent in Cotacachi, Ecuador, just above Otavalo in the Andes. The food is excellent, good wine, and very good and interesting company from the owner to the varied and wonderful expat regulars, to the newcomers checking Cotacachi out for the future; stories galore. The worse thing is the smell - there is no ventilation and when you leave your clothes reek of kitchen smells. They could vary the menu a little for the regulars. The best meatloaf ever. the menu is very affordable. Service a little slow.
