An extremely well laid out exhibition of some of the recent history of Timor Leste. Only a $1 entrance fee and well worth a visit.

During 1980 until 1985, every day my mom and I visited the place just to say hello to my father. The place was a prison before, also named as comarca balide. My father and his friends was in a prison for the political reason because they want fight for the independence of Timor-Leste from the ocupation at the time. After the independence, with minor rehabilitation, the memory still there when you walk near to the place, espeacially for those that ever become a prison or other that ever visited that place when it was a prison.
