The 4 of us were there a couple of times already, every time it was exellent.
The scampi risotto is one of the best I ever had. The home made ravioli are also realy good.
The main course were meat dishes - veal medallions in two different ways and veal knee which was as tender as butter.
Boskarin was also good and tender but the veal with vongole shells is really a one of a kind designer dish that should be a must try.
Deserts are a beautifull sight on those small black tiles, and are also delicious.
Truffels / fresh mushrooms / great meat / seasonal menu are all reasons to visit Stanciju.
The prices are not cheap but are not unreasonable.
