The employees go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. If you have a
problem, they are willing to do their best to resolve it immediately. They care about your stay. That's why I go back every chance I get.

Room Tip: If there is something you need in your room, ask housekeeping. They do their best to accommodate you.

Just to get away for a few days. Our room was nice I think you may need some new mattresses in the room we were in. I also think the bathroom needs to redone especially the ceiling some water and steam damage.

Harbor view renovated room. The renovated rooms are very nice. It was a great stay, clean rooms decent size bathroom and easy access to the rest of the hotel casino. The casino was also nice and everyone was friendly. Nice atmosphere and the after hours pool party was awesome!

First I need to say that as of late, customer service is lacking. After the hotel messing up our two night CONFIRMED reservation, and a very uncaring customer service and front desk staff, we have never been offered an apology or have been contacted by anyone from the hotel. Let me tell you what happened... We checked in for a Friday and Saturday night stay and on Saturday we were checked out of our room without us even knowing about it. WE had gone for a celebratory dinner in the steak house with my wife and children and was by the restaurant staff that the room number I had given to them was not our name. After explaining to the waiter that it was our room, and presenting our I.D,'s he then said everything was fine. So with that we left the restaurant and went to our room only to find that we could not gain entry. My wife went to the font desk and was informed that they had checked us out and removed our belongings. That was only the beginning of a two hour nightmare. We were then told by the front desk that they did not know where our belongings were. RIDICULOUS!
They didn't even make an attempt to find out or help us in any way. We had to go to security and fill out paperwork etc... We were then told that someone was in our room. I wanted to know where my personal belongings were and who had thee right to have them removed without my permission. We were then informed by security that they had gotten in touch with ther arty in our room and they said our stuff was in the room. We went up with security and our stuff was indeed still in the room. We were then told that we had to vacate that room because the other party had checked into it. Why wouldn't they make that party move after we had a confirmed reservation. A total screw up on Harrah's part. So, we had to take all our stuff and move it to another room in another tower. Totally uncalled for! So after having an enjoyable dinner with our family, we then had the next two hours of havoc which totally ruined our dinner and the rest of the evening, We mentioned all of this to the front desk as well as our host, and not even a reasons from anyone in Harrah's apologizing or showing any concern whatsoever. I can go on and on, but I think you get the point. The customer service experience no longer exist at Harrah's. We have been a loyal Diamond Total rewards member for many many years, but we certainly don't feel like we are important enough for Harrah's. They most certainly seem to be catering to a younger cliental that go to the pool and the clubs. We don't feel welcome at Harrah's anymore.
My wife is most upset at the fact that no one has made an effort to reach out to us and offer an explanation to what had happened and to make any attempt to make things right. I guess I am expecting too much from a company so large and a property with ongoing changes.

Came here for 1 night for a bachelorette party. Drove 3 hours to get there, got 2 conjoining rooms for 8 people total. When we opened the door to the first room, there was clearly still someone staying in there. Trash everywhere, underwear on the floor, tv still on. When we called the front desk we got transferred to the Las Vegas location, so we ended up walking all the way back down to the front desk. The lady there didn't seem to care about our issue, and didn't even apologize. We ended up getting 2 new conjoining rooms but I probably wouldn't stay here again.
