“Decent value, clean and great location”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

We got a two bedroom apartment (sharing between 2 couples each with a baby) which was the perfect setup for us as it also had a kitchen and fridge. It was $160 for the room, which was the price of one room for one couple at one of the other 3 star casino hotels so we were happy with the price. They charge 12 bucks for parking though which I though it should be free!
Great location right on the broad walk and beach (staying in AC I would suggest staying along the boardwalk as the hotels away from it are in pretty dodgy areas) and we walked everywhere. Room was clean, The bathroom a little old and could be a little cleaner, beds comfy and one room had a view of the amusement area and beach which was nice and it also had a spa tub (which we didn't use). This this type of room would be great for a family staying a few days! Had no issues with the elevators and we stayed on a night that apparently was sold out. Would recommend if looking for middle of the range place.

Room Tip: Ask for beach view if possible

First pulling up, the outside looks shady and the area is a little shady (although its right on the boardwalk) walking indoor, the lobby and the theme of the hotel don't mix well, no flow. Great Hotel staff, assisted with everything that we asked for. If your just looking or a place to sleep. Two thmbs up!

To be honest I was very nervous after reading the reviews. Now I know there was good reason to be nervous. We arrived on October 14th this year and stayed 2 days before leaving as quick as possible!
When we arrived the first problem was our check in. Let me just say that the woman behind the check-in desk needs a new job! Lady, if you don't like people GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! She started off our stay on the wrong foot, The next thing is there is No SMOKING ANYWHERE in this facility! For the amount of money we pay for timeshare, we should be able to do what we want and not be treated like common criminals because we smoke. So, because of this "policy" people checking in were greeted by 4 woman with hair uncombed, pajamas on, no shoes, just so we could have a smoke. Sorry to all of those customers whose first impression was one of disgust.
The room we had was a studio. For 4 people forget it! Too small and cramped. The pullout couch had a mattress which was curled so badly I had to hang on to the metal edge for dear life so I didn't roll onto my friend.
The only good part of this trip (if there was one) was the 2 security men on the evening shift. They spoke to us like humans and even helped to get a bat down from the outside wall because one of us was worried about it. That's it.
Unfriendly check-in staff, housekeeping.
Studio way TOO SMALL for 4.
No smoking.
Elevators, view and location were average.
Will not recommend or stay here again.
Thank you to the 2 security men who at least tried to make things bearable. Keep them they deserve it. Get rid of front desk staff.

Room Tip: Do not stay here if you are a smoker!

This was the last stop for us in USA before returning home & we stayed here for 2 nights. We had done plenty of research so knew what to expect, 80's style room with a great view & we did kind of like it, beds were comfortable & we tried out the jacuzzi tub! I did think we would have had parking included as it was seriously quiet & out of season but no, they wanted $20 a day which we thought was exorbitant & parked in a casino instead for $5! Also Wi fi should have been free as free computers in the lobby had serious problems! Hotel was fine but couldn't recommend Atlantic City as a destination for anyone, seedy & casino prices were very expensive compared to others & we have visited a lot!

Room Tip: High floor.

Older property, but staff keeps it clean. Located on boardwalk. Rooms are large with kitchenettes. Bathroom was well stocked with towels. All staff were friendly. Little diner on the first floor. Within walking distance to the Jitney.

Stayed one night here. The location is right on the boardwalk. Had a room with a view over the boardwalk, beach and Atlantic Ocean, amazing scenes from the massive windows. The room, or rather suite, was spacious with kitchenette and jacuzzi tub. Room was clean, though was looked a little jaded and could perhaps have done with a little touching up.

There is a small pool, gym, sauna and steam room. We didn't use them but they were there. Again could perhaps do with some improvement.

Room Tip: A high floor, facing the ocean would be a good choice. You can lie in bed and watch the sunrise over...
