“Second time here, always good”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 18, 2013

We stayed here last year and this week too. Always good service, really nice rooms to a good price. Good location! By the pier but still very close to the outlet stores. The shop with food in the lobby have really good grilled sandwiches AND its open 24/7. Good buffet too! Specially the desserts. :)

Room Tip: Deluxe room is great. On off season you can get it cheaper than a standard room on other hotel sites...

Can't say enough about the fantastic rooms I've gotten to stay in when visiting. Hands down, the most elegant place in town. Usually stay at sister property(Harrahs) but swung a good deal several times to live in the lap of luxury.Best location and staff is very courteous. Many dining options available and valet parking is best in town. You're sure to enjoy!

Upon my most recent tri yearly trip to AC, I stayed at Caesars in the Centurion Tower Premium room. Before I start let me say that if you are coming down to Ac and expecting a Vegas vibe then you are in the wrong place, with that being said it is still the nicest Caesars owned property down there. We arrived around 2:30 pm and were informed that we could either wait or pay a $10 early check in fee, granted I knew this before going down and because the room was comped I decided to do it, however I do understand that this could annoy some people. The room was very clean and stacked with all of the toiletries that one would expect. The bed was extremely comfortable and calling down to receive more pillows did not take long at all. The casino floors did get busy at times due to the daily gamblers however that is not something that the casino can help do im not going to hold that against them. One of the nights we decided to try something new so we decided to eat at Mia ( the restaurant that is located in the lobby of he hotel) overall service was pretty good and the food was what you expect from a Italian restaurant, nothing special but not bad for the money

One thing that did annoy me was the fact that in 2013 when Mcdonalds offers free wifi, some hotels still charge for the service, granted I understand that in today’s day and time not that many people are traveling as they used to so hotels have to make it up somewhere however with the amount of money that I spend down on the floor (and I sure im not the only one ) you would think that they could overlook this

Overall a very good stay in a very good hotel

The front desk upgraded me to the Centurian tower and I am thankful. The room is beautiful, the bathroom is like a spa with a tv in the mirror. The bed is very comfy. The extra coffee was never delivered to my room, oh well, I will survive.

Looking for a place for one night for some R&R during the week. Caesars had a great room deal, and I was actually surprised at how nice the room was. Large doesn't describe it, closer to huge. And the shower, not to often that is a high-lite, but this one is bigger than some bathrooms i've had in rooms. The staff were great, from check in to check out, all were pleasant and eager to be helpful.

A definite for the next getaway.

This is so not what I expected. Got to hotel on a very warm March day. Got to room and it was quite old and run down. Air conditioner was only blowing hot air. I tried to adjust it and it would not work. Called for service and was told they would be up to help right away. They never showed. Went out and came back and heat was still blowing. Called service again and was told that the heat is on in entire building nothing could be done, We were told just to shut it off. It was a balmy unusual weather all the night through. Very uncomfortable. Asked other guests on our floor if they had problem and they said their AC worked. So we were lied to. Drunks ran through hall all night. I expected some noise but no security anywhere to take notice. I had my child with me as we were attending an event. It was a very unfriendly atmosphere trying to just walk through lobby casino area to get to boardwalk. Continually stopped and made to walk outside with my child through a dark alley. Other casinos make convenient walking areas for families and are more friendly about it. Hot water took very long to warm up in shower and then it would quickly disappear while in shower. I will never ever go to this hotel again.

One of my favorite casino hotel to stay in AC. Buffet is great value. If you have a great night at tables I strongly recommend Mortons Steakhouse. The steaks are tender and delicious. It is right on the boardwalk. For families I recommend that they visit Lucy the Elephant. The centurion tower is my favorite. Request an ocean view if available. A walk down to Revel on the boardwalk is a good trip and there is plenty of fast food like pizza, taffy and burgers on the way.
