First off, I am stunned about this place. My expectation about staying in an express Wyndham - never again. To begin, I can think of ONLY 2 Pro's about this property. ITS location (It's across the street from the Tropicana) and the bed was super comfy( Sealy's Beauty rest). Now the negative: sheets are NOT supplied in the room already- ridiculous in today's time as this is standard practice in all hotels. Upon arrival, the bed was nicely made but very apparent that sheets were not changed. I requested additional sheets and I HAD TO GO RETRIEVE THEM! Note, I am fit, not lazy as I was willing to change the sheets but was told house keeping already left for the evening (it was 7:00pm), and the front desk was hesitant to give out 2 sheets and no pillowcases (there were none available) that was locked in a safe at the front desk??? Carpet, suspect, shower and toiletries? Truly scarce. First time forgetting toiletries and they had no mouth wash but rendered a few packets of toothpaste. Like Seriously??? Where's the customer service??? IS this not a Wyndham property??? In my opinion - you're better off staying at a Hilton Express!!! This place should NOT carry the Wyndham brand hame. Again, if you are in it for the location, your great. Other than that, I strongly suggest you bring your own stuff!
