My partner and I stayed at the courtyard Marriot in AC for two nights and we were very satisfied with our hotel stay. The room was very clean, nice and within a quiet location. The hotel is located a block away from the boardwalk and I was a bit iffy about walking as the surrounding neighborhood is not that up-kept, but with my partner by my side, I felt safe. We stayed from Thurs-Fri as the weekend rates were outrageous, but all in all, we had a great time. Very close to attractions and we loved the JITNEY bus services, they were so convenient as we did not have a car. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to AC

Very nice, spacious room, comfy king sized bed, great people at the reception. No long wait for the car that was valet parked on a Sunday around check out rush hour. Only minor complaint is an overcharge ($20) on the breakfast bill, which took 15 minutes to resolve. An overeager waiter needing a better tip?

So first of all, when you have been to Vegas before do not consider to go to Atlantic City, its terrible, old fashioned and absolutley not spectacular. Also the "theme" hotels are rubbish, so the Courtyard is a very good alternative place to stay - it is close to the boardwalk and is quite newly renovated / build. Rooms are spacious and modern, staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere is nice.

pleasantly surprised: very nice staff...helpful. reasonable rates (use aaa discount), comfortable room and amenities included fridge, iron, blow dryer, coffemaker. computer/printer access in lobby. walking distance to boardwalk, casinos, shopping. extra charge $10+ for parking in their outdoor lot, some all day meter parking on street, but not free or just $5 with stay. some air system noise and nearby rooms. and thankfully, no smoking....or $250 charge
i had no problem with walking day or early evening, alone or with a friend; but the beach, shops, food at this end of the boardwalk all need a makeover. i recommend a short drive to ventnor for great beaches and food...check out lisa's at 5210 atlantic avenue, ventnor; small but fabulous, eat in or take out.

Stayed two nights and all in all a good all round hotel. 5 minute walk to the boardwalk.
Hotel is in a nice quiet spot but near enough to the action.
There were four in our party and we paid $109 plus tax per night. No surcharge for more than two in a room (unlike some other hotels)
Continental brekkie $9 and piggy brekkie $11 plus tax.
Valet parking was the only viable option at $12 per 24 hr period. On street parking is all meter and the private car parks were $5 for 8 hours.
Staff very pleasant at all times. Hotel very secure.
Would definately use again.
Prepare yourself for some serious walking though!

Very clean hotel, lobby & rooms, room with 2 double beds, very clean and comfortable and inexpensive $99. Room had wet-bar area with fridge; no microwave - we did not ask. Bathroom very clean, good working order with larger vanity area; air-condition wall thermostat controlled with air flow vents on top ceiling, very cool and quiet. Room was at the end of the hall - did not hear anything and stayed 3 nights. Hotel is located north of the Caesars Pier, up closer to Taj Mahal, but not on boardwalk, hotel faces Pacific, exit the back of hotel and walk one long block directly onto the boardwalk by the lifeguard station. Valet parking is $12 Per Day, but you could self-park in $5 lot and walk back to hotel. Free wi-fi in lobby area, and free ethernet cord in your room.
There Is NO POOL! - only a whirlpool tub & exercise room & guest laundry on 2nd floor - I would not want a room on 2nd floor.
#1 Main Complaint is the "breakfast area" its 'supposed' to be a self-serve buffet, however irritating non-english speaking girls will seat you, try to wait on you, but forget everything you asked for and bring stuff you didnt ask for, then charge you $11 per person and expect a tip. I would much rather prefer a first-come seat and serve yourself area. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here because of the good reviews and we wasn't disappointed . We could of stayed at the Tropicana for the same price but the reviews were horrible. The check in was fast the front desk clerk wasn't pleasant seem like she had a bad day and the very early morning clerk was the same. The check out was easy and fast the clerk was very pleasant he was very helpful and the valet was the same helpful and pleasant. The lobby and room was very clean . The boardwalk was a block away I wasn't alone so walking at 3 a.m. With no problem but if I was with the girls I probably would of went down a different block to get to the hotel because there is a gentlemen club on it and wasn't as lit as some of the other streets... I would recommend this hotel because it's 1 block away from the boardwalk and casino , it's very clean and the price is excellent . The 2 staff members wasn't pleasant but they wasn't rude so everyone can have a off day.... I will return
