Poor location. Hotel was just "OK". I've stayed at much better courtyards. Carpet in hall was filthy for the 3 days I was there and smelled mouldy. Front desk staff unfriendly, you'd get better service from the valet guys. Hotel needs updating, but the beds were really comfortable. No long check in lines, so that was a plus. Not sure if I'd go back to this Courtyard location but it worked for the 2 nights we were there.More

As a Rewards Member with Marriott, I have come to expect a high level of service. This particular Courtyard is located one block off the boardwalk and Resorts Hotel and Casino. The room was immaculate, the beds so very comfortable, and we heard no noise whatsoever. There is no true onsite parking. It is valet parking for $20/day. However, you can self park at the lot directly across from the lobby entrance for $15/day. You can see your vehicle and it is perfectly safe. There is a nice gentleman, Willie, who tends the lot during the day. Courtyard no longer offers complimentary breakfast. They do provide coffee and in room coffee maker, as well as, a nice sized mini fridge. The Fuji water is not free. You will be charged $5 for a small bottle if you use it. There is a small cafe of sorts in the lobby where a limited breakfast menu is provided at cost. Go up to the boardwalk and grab breajfast at a restaurant or casino. Our one issue with this visit, as Rewards Members, we can request checkin and checkout an hour earlier and later. We called at least 4 times to verify early checkin, only to arrive and be told our room would not be ready for an hour.

Check in was quite fast. There are no free parking and that’s not surprising. There are metered and slot parkings near by which would save you small $. Room was decent, staffs are good, and the location is just a few blocks from the boardwalk. Gym was good size which could be bigger. Overall, great location and good average hotel. The view from the window was gorgeous and was so amazing at night.

The ‘beach block” is really seedy walking to the boardwalk and that is in broad daylight. Taxied back after dark from a concert at the Hard Rock. There is not key access to the floors which is problematic in that it should be much more secure.
The a/c was not on in the hallways of the floors. Money saving measure? Unacceptable. Carpets are desperate to be cleaned.
Front desk, valet and bistro employees are very nice. Beds are comfortable and the actual room had working a/c.

Very clean and comfortable hotel for our stay in Atlantic City. Beds were comfy and room was well appointed. It was really quiet so our whole family slept until 10 one morning. Close to the boardwalk and the beach was great.
Got a great deal on Priceline, it was cheaper than staying in Absecon so we were really happy.
This place was a terror having stayed at many Courtyards in the past. It felt like more of a budget hotel. The bathroom was very dirty. The room itself had dust all over and stains everywhere on the carpet and couch. On top of that, the location was terrible. It feels very dangerous even just walking from the casino next door. There were homeless in the lounge around 1AM and the front desk did not seem to care. The staff at the front were not welcoming either and actually pretty rude. This is not a standard Courtyard. We will certainly never stay again,
