The hotel was nice and the people were very helpful, but the Air Conditioning was placed in the wrong place in the room. When you laid down in the bed, the cold air blew directly on your face, no matter what bed you slept in. We had to move the lamp and fasten pillows and towels to divert the air in order for us to be able to sleep without the very cold air blowing on us.

Staff at front counter were very nice and accommodating. Clean, close to the Boardwalk and no issues with 4 women walking the sidewalk to get to the Boardwalk. Well worth the money to stay here if not interested in having a casino in your hotel. Close enough to walk to other casinos if you want to gamble.
The valet was very polite and helpful..a nice way to start your stay. Good location to the boardwalk and the outlet mall (have to walk a bit but doable). Nice views of the water and casinos at night. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. The close proximity to the boardwalk and casinos are what make this hotel attractive. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s about a mile away from the outlets as well. All in all a good stay. The only negative was the mandatory valet parking at $20 a night. I could do without that.
First time in Atlantic City. We wanted to be near the boardwalk/beach but not really interested in gambling. Courtyard was a good alternative to all the nearby casino resorts.

The weather sucked, I lost money but still had a good stay. Lol. Staff was freindly, food was good for a quick serve restaurant. The only real issue I had was with the rooms, first time I was put on 2nd floor, than asked for a better view.. up to the 10th floor we go. Called later on and asked if there were any feathers in the pillows and the night staff didnt seem to know. The next morning I spoke with Karilyn and told her about it she informed me that the entire 4th floor was "feather free". She also went out of her way and bought 2 breakfast meals for me. I have allergy to feathers which is pretty bad but obviously not life threatening. I would say just edjucate the staff on issues like this and it would have been a 5 star stay. I will be back, hopefully the weather is better and I win!!!
